This was worst experience i have ever experienced at a Hilton Hotel!!! I called the front desk on 9/27/21 to book my room for 10/9/2021 under the group event i was planning on attending. Got a confirmation number and email. On 9/28/21 called back added Friday 10/8/2021. On 10/08/2021 i received an email at 10:27am that morning asking me to call about the room. When i called at 2:47pm while in route to the Hotel to remind the hotel i will be arriving late and to hold my room i was told they canceled my room due to me not responding fast enough and allegedly having no credit card on file. Question is it the hotel policy to take a reservation without a credit card? How can a person all make a reservation get a confirmation for both days and not leave a credit card?? They not only canceled my Friday reservation they also canceled my Saturday reservation. If check-in is at 3:00pm and i called at 2:47pm how is the reservation canceled already? After a 40 minutes conversation the resolution was to put me up one night at a Holiday Inn and then check in Saturday. After my long drive from Massachusetts i had to wait until 2pm for a room after already checking out due to their check out time at the Holiday Inn. After finally getting into a room I spent that Saturday and Sunday attempting to have a conversation with manager Tiffany Spearman. To my surprise she was unavailable Saturday and Sunday when checking out told she wasn’t working that day. After talking to a few people working the front desk it seems like i was bumped for a Football team that had a game the next day. Very disappointed that I’m not seen as valued customer by this hotel since i was from out of town and not available to respond to a 10:27am email to my personal account during my work schedule. I thank the staff for the help despite the pure service and explanation from the manger Tiffany Spearman.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a month long extended stay and happily report that the staff made me feel like I was coming "home" each night after a long day. The accommodations were clean and offered everything my large group needed. We enjoyed the use of the rooftop patio for unwinding together in the evenings and the cooked to order breakfasts were very convenient. Probably the best feature of the hotel was our evening front desk worker, Shanicka. Shanicka consistently made us feel like guests in her home and worked magic on a daily basis to make sure that our complicated reservation (with guests coming and going often) was always handled with professionalism and efficiency. She made every challenge feel like it was her pleasure to solve! Tiffany, the General Manager, was also a pleasure to work with but I did not have the face to face interaction with her that I did with Shanicka. Do not hesitate to stay here!

Very nice hotel! Everything worked and my room was spotless. I usually stay at Garden Inns when available. This one was the best I stayed in! A bit on the expensive side, but I don’t mind paying a little higher rate if I get a high-quality experience.

My husband and I wanted a weekend away and stayed here. We had a nice visit and the hotel met all our needs. The hotel was clean, safe, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We selected this hotel with the expectation of using the pool. Unfortunatel, the pool was under maintenance and we were not informed. The website did not make this clear. We would have stayed somewhere else.
