I have never, ever encountered a place this nasty. It is a non-smoking hotel, and every room has been smoked in. Urine and feces in the stairwells, leaky faucets, sheets and blankets with cigarette burns and stains. Completely unacceptable. We cancelled our reservation and left for somewhere else. The lone bright spot was Rita, very kind and helpful assistant manager. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This hotel is filthy inside and out. The photos say it all. Do not believe the photos on their site. This hotel is Jekyll and Hyde. There is no comparison between what they show on their site and what they say about their site and what you will actually experience. Staff is argumentative and unresponsive. I arrived about 9:15 in the evening and it took her 20 minutes to check me in. This is a big complex. I was told how to get to the room but asked for a map. No maps. Going to the elevator was like descending into a black pit. No lighting. Found the room. No towels, no plastic cups; none of the simple amenities you get from the cheapest of independent motels/hotels. Holes in the wall from doorknobs. Baseboard separating from the wall. Lamp by the bedside had no plug on the end of the wire. Bare wire exposed. Overall grungy appearance. Microwave missing the turntable. Asked for another room. Two people now on duty but told that they could not leave the office to show me another room and would not give me a key so I could check out another room myself. Insisted I remove all my things from the room I'd been given before they would even show me another room. Removed my things. By then it was 11pm and she could show me a room. She selected two rooms. The first one smelled so bad she even commented on it but no towels, but it did have a turntable in the microwave. Not the right size but it was there. Went to the next room, the inside door handle came off in her hand when she went to close the door. Had towels but no cups. Given the lateness of the hour and my lack of knowledge of the area, I decided to take it. She gave me plastic cups. Next morning, I wanted to take a shower. Tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk and report that I did not have any hot water. Phone did not work. I had to use my cell phone. Called the front desk to report no hot water and was told it was unavailable. No hot water--none, anywhere in the complex. At that point, I decided to leave. Went to the office to turn my key in and check out. The front office person screamed at me to get out of the lobby because only one person could be in the lobby at one time and she was working with someone. I left my key in the receptacle and left. There was a line of people outside the office waiting to conduct their business. One man had been in line for an hour. Checkout for any hotel I've ever stayed in is a matter of leaving the key either in the room or at the lobby. I've been a long time Red Roof Inn Rewards customer and this facility is the worst I've ever experienced by any hotel. The General Manager called me a few days later and was totally unapologetic. I subsequently received an email from him without any acknowledgement of the deplorable conditions I experienced. This facility does not reflect the quality I've come to expect from Red Roof Inn. The only reason I selected this property is because it was identified as a Red Roof Inn property. My confidence in Red Roof Inn is badly shaken.
Nasty attendant wants to call police

Besides this place being the filthiest motel room by far, I paid $75 for a room, i turned my towels in yesterday evening at the front desk, albeit I was late getting them turned in, however I was assured by the office attendant that the towels would be exchanged and Delivered to my room, well, they never were. No housekeeper yet has stopped once at my room in the week now that ive been here to ask if i need service!!! which isnt to bad because i clean my room anyway to make sure its clean !!! But, I need towels and the attendant refused to give me any towels because she doesnt believe i turned them in last evening and when i try to explain to her she says im argiung with her and calls the police on me . This is so wrong how they ate treating people here and im told there is no one in management by these attendant s

The pictures tell it all. These are shots of two of the three rooms we walked in and out of. No, we didn’t do any of this. The dirty sheets were in the room with the bare mattress. When I left the third room, the clerk said he couldn’t remit my credit card charge or $100 deposit. I’d have to call the manager the next day. Sounds like a scam to me.
