DISCRIMINATED AGAINST by an employee Jessica
Reviewed 29 october, 2021
We were discriminated against at Great Wolf during their evening storytime. We were kicked out of the story time area by a rude employee named Jessica. We arrived just before the storytime was going to start. The spaces guests sit on the floor were already full with other people so it was roped off. We went around to the front and sat on the outside of the rope which is partly in the lobby area. When we sat down, an employee named Jessica approached us and told us we could not sit there. I asked if we could stand and she aggressively said no. My husband then said we can't stand here? She rudely said no. My daughter is 5 and was so sad. My husband took my kids to the gift shop. I headed to find a manager and when I was walking I looked back and saw that the same employee let at least 10 other people sit there where she had just kicked us out of!!! I couldn't believe it. I spoke with the manager Ariel and she apologized and said we could definitely go back and sit on the outside of the rope and listen to the storytime. Ariel also saw how Jessica let other people sit there after booting us out of the area. Ariel gave us 2 mid range passes after dealing with being kicked out of the area. I don't feel that was enough after being KICKED OUT the first time and discriminated against. See attached photos of Jessica and the 10 people she let sit on the outside of the rope. Also, their scheduled times on the app were wrong. We came to do the craft at 1 pm and an employee said to come back at 2 pm. It was a bit of an inconvenience since we wrapped up other stuff early to be there at 1 pm.
A quick amazing time

We only had 2 days available off, so we booked Tuesday and \Wednesday, best prices of the week and less people overall in all areas. Recommend the Dunkin donuts shop for breakfast. The room was very comfortable and spacious, clean , coffee, microwave and mini fridge to keep any beverage cold and leftover food ready to be eaten later (amazing), especially if you travel with little ones.. The staff were amazing, helpful, friendly , and respectful (most of them very young by the way which is great), because less people were at the park the wait times was minimum but all the "rides" were great, you can do them alone of in a group setting. They keep strict look at the children's requirements to be in the different areas and the lifeguards are always vigilant and professional. I will go again and will stay longer but within the middle of the week for better prices, they allow you to stay on your checkout day until 8:00 pm in the waterpark if you choose too, which works if you , like us, have a hyperactive child having a great time. Would recommend it , no need to leave the premises to look for good food. It isn't cheap but it is worth it for convenience and the quality is good.

Great visit with 6yr old and 8ryr old. We had a great time, the kids loved the bunk beds in the theme room. The kids dance was fun for the family and the waterpark was great. The lifeguards were wonderful. The staff was welcoming. The room was clean and we will come back! Great activities for the kids!
Expensive in June, consider the cabana option if you want a private space/seating

Booked our stay here last minute as we had family in town with children and we were looking for something to do. Pros: rooms were way better than expected - very comfortable beds and beautiful view of the mountains; cabanas available but very expensive; enjoyed the arcade and putt putt golf; a couple of different options for food (kid-friendly of course), including Dunkin Donuts Cons: some activities closed earlier than expected or were booked so we could use the expensive “pass” we purchased; there was no service in the cabanas so the $250 price tag was ridiculous; staff didn’t care when I told them a child purposely threw a floating device off of a high deck to the ground floor - someone could have been injured; not enough chairs/seating
Terrrible Water Park - STAY AWAY
Reviewed 5 august, 2021
I don't know how this even qualifies to be a water park resort. It does not even have basic rides like a lazy river. Both adults and kids will take max of 3 to 4 hours to finish all rides multiple times. Even your neighborhood city water park would be much better. Do not waste your $ on this over hyped and over priced facility. Its just a hotel with a swimming pool and a few rides. It's not a water park resort at all. STAY AWAY !
