Nice clean hotel near shopping and restaurants and good value. Good location to downtown and pikes peak, and movie theater. Friendly people working front desk and plenty of free parking. Big selection of restaurants within walking distance m
Don't waste your money here.

The staff here was great although none of them wore masks. Our room was ok except one broken light not working. The other room we got has no working lights in be the bed and was not too clean so we had to switch rooms. The so called breakfast had only cereal, coffee, apples and oatmeal. There was no juice, milk, other varieties of fruit or hot foods to eat.
Vist to Colorado Springs

One point for friendly staff and another point for stocked breakfast. The room I stayed in had Cheeto finger stains on the bed & there was purple hair on the walls of the bathroom. A dog was next door and barked often.

If I could rate this place a negative 1 I would. Arriving into our room it felt dirty. Checked the bedding there was crusty old blood on the comforter that they tried covering up and unknown things in the pillows they covered up with a pillow casing. Literally had to check the place for bed bugs. The AC would not work consistently so it was 83 degrees in our room. Then our “neighbor” was blasting there tv all night (930-330) could make out every word. When we called the front desk at 1:15 am he said he would investigate. He did not. I called again. Jason was completely rude. Put me on hold for a while then I after 5 min i was explaining to him that this is getting out of hand. I said he needs to do something and he said, do you want to move rooms yes or no” I’m like cool dude thanks for your attitude. It’s 130 in the morning. So my husband had to go and ask them to turn down their tv. Walls are paper thing, every thing is outdated, smells like weed or if something pooped outside of the room, and not clean, would of felt better sleeping outside on a curb instead of in that hotel. Paid $180 for two hours of sleep.
