The Marriott Columbus Airport location has unprofessional staff. I arrived at the front desk to check out and the attendant looked at me with a shocked look. He was poorly dressed, unshaven and mumbling. I asked for the shuttle at 4:30 am and he said the driver is not available and he called him several times and no reply. I asked him to call a cab and he mumbled and did it. So much for customer service! I know good help is hard to find.
Worst Marriott, ever!

This is by far the worst Marriott that I have ever stayed at. There was a group of us who traveled from all over to stay at this hotel. Some of the staff including the assistant manager was unfriendly. There is no sense of urgency as we had no heat during our entire stay, there was no WiFi, no breakfast was served. There was a 14.95 fee for breakfast. Staff appeared to be bothered when asking questions and there was no eye contact. This is embarrassing for Marriott. They need to clean house and do a mandatory customer service training. There were fraud charges on my card charging me for rooms that I did not book

After a canceled flight last night, I purposely booked this hotel near the airport because they had a restaurant. But when I got there, the restaurant was not open and hasn’t been for several months. I had an early morning flight this morning and they told me last night that the shuttle ran from 5 AM, but this morning they said it didn’t run until seven. They called me a taxi and it all worked out but I expect a higher caliber experience from Marriott.

Marriott 1375 N Cassidy is the worst Marriott I have lodged so far. We did a group booking, they didn't give some of us room for the first night and there was no courtesy of a formal apology or compensation. Quite bad indeed
In town with our lacrosse team - held a tailgate in the parking lot and overall stay was great

I’m a little surprised that this hotel has been given such poor reviews. I was in town last week with my son’s lacrosse team and this was the hotel that the travel group responsible for our tournament put us in. As the manager I was overseeing a club tailgate for over 350 people in the parking lot. The staff was incredibly accommodating making sure they gave us enough garbage cans and stayed out of our way the rest of the night. To go breakfasts (given its covid) were great! Staff was always friendly and accommodating. I had a couple minor problems with a few families (no fault of the hotel’s) were quickly resolved by the staff there. Located only 19min from our fields and conveniently off the highway and minutes to the Mall I would definitely book here again should we be back in Columbus :)
