What happened to check in

We called in advanced to get an early check in they said no. We arrived 2:30 they said no check in until 3. Everybody was puzzled. Why not checkin before and get the room at 3. The line that formed at 3 was Out of the door. By four even worse. Not sure what was happening. Room is dark. No room service . Is this normal?

Great staff who go out of their way to help

I booked my room through a third party and there was an issue with my reservation. The third party did not reserve me the correct room. I called the hotel and the staff worked with me to fix the mix up that was not even their fault. I could tell they really wanted me to have a great stay. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Columbus. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your time there.

The hotel itself isn’t too bad, some things could be improved such as clogged sink and wet/damp ventilation. The evening front desk staff and the bartenders were great! HOWEVER some morning staff especially Jenny (not sure if I spelled her name correctly, if not I apologize) should not be dealing or greet customers. Passive aggressive attitude is not the way to go, we left feeling pretty unwelcome. Pretty much ruin our whole experience

Outstanding Hotel

Imagine a helpful caring staff, immaculate rooms, helpful housekeeping and everything working perfectly. It was a perfect visit in a hotel that did everything correctly. Rooms were comfortable. Air conditioning cooled the room down in a hurry. Beds were super comfortable.

Where’s the towels????

They ran out of towels and said they would have no more for the day. But then the same excuse the second day. Our room never got cleaned during our stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and we finally got some fresh towels on our third day. I’m not sure what happened but I’m going to assume this is not normal and someone failed to plan for a sold out hotel. Our room was also had a very strong greasy smell due to the kitchen below.
