My stay was far and away the best experience I have ever had at any hotel—including ones charging four or five times—as much—for one reason: everyone working there—employees, management, contractors—was friendly and professional. Not the saccharine “friendliness” of people whose livelihood depends on appearing friendly, but the genuine warmth of folks who saw me as a person first, and a customer second. We all have good days, and we all have bad days. But on what must have been some truly horrific days for the staff, I was met with kindness and understanding in dealing with trying circumstances of my own. The hotel was nice, and it was VERY clean. However, if I needed a hotel in Columbus again for any reason, I would absolutely call this hotel before any others because I was treated with genuine kindness and respect that money cannot buy.

I had never stayed at an Extended Stay America before. I chose the hotel based on price. I was a little worried not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The check in process was easy and the staff was very accommodating with my requests for a coffee maker and coffee mugs. The room was clean and well maintained. Air worked perfectly. I liked the suite feature of the room with a full size refrigerator, nice microwave stove top and kitchen sink. If you are on a budget and need a place to stay when you are in the Worthington Ohio area, check them out.

The hotel was extremely clean, very welcoming as you stepped in. The staff was very nice and helpful, offered me help as I was bring stuff in for my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other ppl.

Mouse in my room

I am currently staying at the Polaris, OH location. There is a mouse in my room, nobody at the front desk, and idk what to do. I have video evidence if necessary. I was watching TV, and the mouse crept out from under the fridge

I was very sick when I got here, could barely walk but Marcie and the whole staff here is wonderful.i felt safe,it was very clean, the whole staff cared how I was doing.i don't think I would've come this far without the staff and Marco here i will be forever grateful.
