Absolutamente obtienes lo que pagas, quizás se puede exigir un poco más limpieza, pero tampoco está fatal. Siendo una habitación de no fumadores olía un poco a tabaco. Como ha dicho más gente, de noche hay que estar un poco atento la primera vez para no pasárselo, está un poco apartado. En julio sin AA y sin posibilidad de abrir las ventanas es un poco...

Nice Room, Staff and Location!!

I was pleased with many things at my stay! I called to inquire about a couple of things before I arrived. I had thought I had booked a first floor room but was incorrect (my fault). The lady on the phone Angel asked what I needed. I let her know I had trouble on stairs but because they were inside stairs I'd probably be ok. When I arrived at the desk Angel let me know that she had a first floor room she was able to put me in! It was late at night and I was truly grateful. We charted a few minutes. She was kind and cheerful even though it was creeping up on midnight. The room was clean and spacious. I loved that there was a power strip with 2 USB ports mounted on the wall above the night stand! The only thing I would say wasn't perfect was the bed was a little hard for me- which is really a preference. The pillows were great. Just the right amount of softeness, but not so thick your neck hurts. The motel is close to stores, restaurants, movie theater and local colleges. Definitely will be staying here again!

Decent budget hotel, but needs to upgrade maintenance

We've stayed here often on trips from Rochester to NYC. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and the rooms have generally been very clean. Most things work, and the wi-fi is quite usable. But maintenance has ticked downward over the years, and our latest stay was an example. To access the building via the exterior door near our room, you have to swipe your key card. Well, the reader didn't work. When I went to the front desk, the clerk said that several other people had complained and that she had put a call in. This was around 3 pm. When we returned from dinner, it still wasn't working. Now, the clerk came around to let us in both times, promptly and without complaint, but this is not the kind of problem that should be left unfixed for hours. Add the hairball that floated up from the drain when we turned on the water in the tub, and we wonder if this place is in danger of going over the line from "budget" to "avoid". There are a lot of budget hotels in Binghamton; most are low-rated, and this is one of the better ones, as well as one of the lowest-priced. But, it's not going to take much more decline to force us to cross it off of our list.

Just awful. Booked 2 rooms. Smelled terrible in halls/rooms. Stains all over walls in rooms. You could hear people/dogs from other rooms down the halls in your room. Pulled the bed sheets down 1 out of 2 beds had not been changed . Hairs, stains and what looked like seeds or dead bugs on sheets. Complained to front desk. Only one on duty so she gave us new sheets only for bed. We had to remove dirty linen and replace ourselves without blankets and was advised to notify housekeeping of situation in morning. No refund. Would never stay at a super 6 motel anywhere after this experience. Poor, worst motel we have ever experienced.

Disgusting. The entire motel reeked of cigarette smoke. There were nicotine stains in the bathtub! The bed sheet and covers were not cleaned at all, and no way was I sleeping on that. It was clear whoever "cleaned" the room simply and sloppily remade the bed. As soon as I opened the window to air out the room flies came in. Our clothes reeked of cigarettes after only being there an hour. The room was so disgusting we checked out after checking in. The board of health needs to look into this place. Disgusting. Zero stars should be allowed when rating any business!
