Something Died and they didn't care

The 3rd floor hallway and rooms smelled like something had died 3 weeks ago and when we went down to tell the manager about it, he wasn't wearing shoes or socks, and also told us that it wasn't that bad, and they don't know what the issue is.

My only problem was the pool wasn’t heated which is what we specifically asked and we were told yeah but other than that had a great stay breakfast was sausage eggs waffles yogurt fruit coffee orange and apple juice

Couldn’t use hot tub because it was constantly full of unsupervised kids. No hot water, fridge broke, light in bathroom strobed and took shower in the dark. Breakfast was terrible…. Watery eggs nuked in a bag, no meat, no biscuits out for biscuits and gravy. Not a lot of food choices. Poor insulation so constantly could hear doors slamming in the hotel.

Great location of a clean and cozy room

We were very excited to stay at this location. The room was clean and offered the items we appreciate on the road - a desk, refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast offered provided a lot of choices including hot foods. They did not have decaffeinated coffee made but made it right away when we requested it. The pool area was also clean, and we enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub. Last but not least, the staff, especially Renee, were all very helpful and accommodated any request we had and did it in a friendly and caring manner. Just for the record we had minimal requests because all was so nice. I would certainly choose this location again.

Glad we stayed at this unfamiliar property. It was a very pleasurable experience. The beds were comfortable and they even had someone making omelettes during breakfast. Our check-in clerk was especially helpful. An added touch were the old towels to clean your motorcycle in the foyer.
