Un remanso de paz en medio del bosque. Habitaciones super acogedoras von un restaurante no excesivamente caro y con una calidad insuperable. Un tanto dificil de acceder con transporte publico. Lo unico malo es que el Spa esta en un pabellon deportivo fuera, y cuando llueve y hace frio no es muy agradable andar 200 metros para llegar a el

En medio de la campiña inglesa pero cerca de Bristol y de su aeropuerto, calidad standard Hilton con todo lo que necesitas habitaciones amplias y comodas, servicio atento y con todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. Se puede tomar una cerveza en la terraza con vistas o cenar.

Este hotel es estupendo si quieres hacer excursiones con un coche alquilado. Se puede visitar Bath, Stonehenge, Cardiff, etc, pero no es buen hotel si no tienes coche. Las habitaciones son de estilo moderno, el desayuno es completo, aunque sería excelente si el zumo fuera natural... El servicio es muy amable, puedes pedir para el desayuno un capuccino muy bien elaborado o un buen espresso. Junto al hotel hay un club con piscina cubierta, de acceso gratis para los huespedes. Si vas en fin de semana pide una habitación lejos de las celebraciones de boda. Yo lo hice y no tuve ningún problema. El parking es gratis y hay un acceso a internet gratis tambien.

Had an overnight stay in January 2023. Was a last minute booking on telephone with hotel so expected to pay premium price. Thought £140 without breakfast was pricey for what you got. Room was clean and well set out but nothing special. I paid attention to the parking charges notice in the guests carpark which clearly stated that hotel guests could park for free upon registration at reception. Reception charged £5 per night and made no allowance for notice to the contrary in car park. I couldn't find details of room service menu in room. Called reception who said details could be found on TV. Unable to locate on TV so room service menu delivered to room. Menu stated in small print that 10% cover charge would be added. When bill came the charge was £4.50 for a £13.50 sandwich. I was told it was a tray charge with no explanation why only 10% cover charge on menu. These charges are small but irritating when they are incorrectly referenced in menu's and car park signs.

New Years Eve Gala Disaster

First time here for the New years eve so called gala. £95 per head . For this I expect quality. Poor staffing levels. Very busy bar, 2 people very slow . No drinks served at tables. We waited 30 minutes to be seated as they didn't know where were sitting. The other person who wrote the food was good obviously has never eaten quality food. If portions are I expect something exceptional for this price. Absolute garbage, tasteless and poor quality. The wine Italian cabernet sauvignon 11.5%, £21 a bottle. I've lived in Italy and never found particular dishwater. The only redeeming feature of the whole so called gala was the band Feeze who I recommend. If this is representative of Double Tree Hilton standards please follow my lead and never put a foot inside the door. I never will again.
