The staff here are super friendly and we slept well. Sleeping comfortably was the most important thing for us on this particular trip, which is why we are giving the hotel four stars. That being said, for $200 a night, there’s a certain room quality expected that was just not at this property. There were no water bottles in the room despite being listed as an amenity at this property on the Marriott app. Also no body lotion. There was a funky smell in the whole room like old wet socks and the bathroom was musty. The hotel is certainly showing its age and is due for some upgrades. There was no way to turn the fridge temperature down that I could see and it froze our dog’s food solid overnight. The Bistro food and cocktail menus are limited. Overall, decent (but overpriced) place to sleep after a long road trip.

Great stay

Our stay was outstanding. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and they were polite and friendly. It was nice to have the bistro for a quick bite too. We will be staying here again.

Pretty good, but probably not again

This was a perfectly adequate hotel. The staff was extremely friendly! It looks like an older Courtyard, so it has an actual courtyard in the middle, unlike some of the newer properties. Our room was clean and had 2 queens instead of doubles, which other hotels nearby had. I think all rooms have a balcony or patio, which is nice. The reasons I would not stay again are: no pool - apparently they used to have one but all signs are removed and the room is covered with white paper so you can’t see in. I found it a little creepy. Two - elevators are far from rooms in many cases. Again, absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. It just left us underwhelmed. Courtyard is our favorite hotel brand so we’d probably just choose another nearby next time.

Clean and friendly lodging with great staff but the mattress comfort was lacking.

Family stayed one night for a baseball tournament in the area 7/3/21 - 7/4/21. I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite since I'm a Gold BonVoy member. The tournament got rained out so we only stayed one night instead of our planned two. This was fortunate since I didn't like the bed comfort. I had lower back pain after only 5 hours of laying on the king bed. It didn't bother my wife. My 18 yr old son slept on sofa bed. His mattress was only a couple inches thick and not comfortable either. The bathroom toilet was oddly placed. It was not centered in the bath/toilet area. It was too close to the wall and one felt cramped against the wall when sitting on the toilet. The hotel itself was clean but only had a Starbucks Cafe ($9 for breakfast sandwiches, $8 for large coffee) in the lobby for food. Not economical or family friendly $$$ for breakfast. There's a Dunkin' 2 min car ride away which is a better option. The front desk staff was WONDERFUL. Loved them and their friendliness. Great shampoo/conditioner/body wash products in the shower. For me just an OK lodging option due to bed discomfort I experienced. I would try one of the numerous other hotels in the same area. Excellent Mexican food place 3 miles down the road called Huasteca (a must visit) in Windsor which I will review separately.

Super staff

If you’re looking for a budget friendly accommodation with friendly staff, I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived and departed, the staff were outgoing and super friendly; especially those at the front desk and at the café. What made this Courtyard unique, compared to others I’ve stayed at, each room has a balcony with chairs. Our room face the courtyard within the property which made it a quiet place to stay. Other rooms have balconies facing the parking lot. The room was an average size; clean, and the shower was equipped with liquid hand pumped soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave. The café serves Starbucks coffee at a moderate price along with a variety of breakfast items that we enjoyed. Nearby, you’ll find the airport and within a five minute drive is a supermarket and other conveniences.
