This was our 3rd visit to the hotel . Had a most enjoyable couple of days . Our meal on the first night was steak and was cooked to perfection unfortunately our breakfast next morning was awful , couldn’t cut the bacon or potato scone with our knife , everything was cold except for the eggs , no way was it cooked to order except for the eggs ! Our meal the second night was ok but expensive and breakfast again was cold and dried up . Every member of staff were a pleasure from the lady at the reception and all the bar/ waiting staff which made our visit enjoyable . I’d say it’s quite expensive for BB considering the breakfast was poor . The hotel is more relaxed than the hydro but not much cheaper to stay . Would possibly stay again but not for a while .

We had another wonderful family meal at the Murraypark while staying at Crieff Hydro. The food was tasty and fresh, and the fantastic staff made our evening special. Thanks to Alanna for looking after our two tables so well and Alicia as always. Always a home from home this hotel. We love it!
Over-priced and under-heated.

My room at the Murray Park was dismal, but of a decent size and with all the normal amenities. However, the decor and gloom made it feel that I had stumbled onto the set of ‘Call the Midwife’. The curtains, made from some indeterminate beige material, are by far the most hideous I have ever encountered, and they were not especially light-tight. Attempts had been made superficially to liven up the decor; a modern headboard and a curious overhead light, but it did not hide the dated nature of the environment. My main problem was that the room was cold. Although I put the heating on full it did not warm up fully until just before I was about to leave the next morning. Older hotels like this should really turn the heating on before the guest arrives. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast adequate. Murray Park needs a complete refit and judging by the high prices charged by the Crieff Hydro group which owns it, it is struggling to make up for lost ground from the Pandemic. Too expensive by at least a third in this contributor’s opinion. I will not be rushing back.
Couldn’t have been more helpful

Manageress of the Murraypark was extremely helpful and accommodating when we had to change plans at the last minute. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms spacious and comfortable. All the staff made us feel very welcome; we would definitely go back next time we stay in Crieff.
