Outstanding customer service from start to end! Hotel room was amazing, food and services were equally amazing. Area around the hotel was safe and conveniently located in Cusco. We arrived early in the morning but were able to do early check-in and even provided the free breakfast. Room was big, beautiful and comfortable. Overall an amazing experience! Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This was a great base from which to do the Inca Trail hike. Wonderful service, huge buffet breakfast each day, they keep your luggage when you leave for hike and its the perfect place to come back to after sleeping in tents and hiking for 4 days. Location in center of town couldnt be better. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has the colonial charm. Buffet breakfast was the best we had during our 13 days in Peru. The only complaint is the noise level. You can hear all conversations being had in the hallways. We stayed here two nights then left for Aguas Caliente then returned for three nights. The first stay was the best. Room was on the second floor. The second stay was on the first floor. Unfortunately next to the housekeeping storage closets. The morning noise won't let you sleep in at all. This is the reason for the three star review, It is somehwat noisy and sounds echo. Aside from this hotel, I do want to point out that Peru currently has many covid restrictions and/or rules that may not sit well with USA of EU travelers especially those of us already vaccinated. Entry to Peru requires the more expensive PCR text. We have been to four countries during covid. All accepted the at home antigen test or vaccination records for entry. You need to wear two masks in almost all public places in Lima (airport, stores, some sites.) Must wear a double mask on domestic flights (Lima to Cusco.) Must wear a mask and a face shield on train from Cusco to Aguas Caliente and on bus from Aguas Cliente to Machu Picchu. Must wear a mask when in Machu Picchu. The guards do enforce the rules. Overall want to share my our experience. Had I known the extensive requirements I would have postponed the trip for at least another 6 months.
Nice place to stay in Cusco

Nice place to stay in Cusco city. Comfortable (warm) rooms and the staff… simply awesome. Extremely kind and service minded. It’s a beautiful old colonial house renewed as a hotel. Restaurant and bar, confortable common areas, an ATM in house and some shops (Alpaca clothes and o outdoors jackets) Breakfast is Okay and it’s location very close to the city centre (Plaza) is great as well. Have to say that the altitude affected us the first day (about 3400 masl), there for would like to try if available the same hotel chain but in the Sacred Valley, much lower and still well located for exploring Cusco and it’s marvels.
