It can be said that this hotel is amazing for sure. This is the first time for our family staying here, we are very happy with service in this hotel. From Bell to Reception are good and friendly. They are willing to support whenever you need. The wifi is free and good. The restaurant on 5th floor and it is very clean. The restaurant staff is nice and friendly also. When you have a short trip to Da lat, i think this hotel is the choice for you. Although this hotel is not too big, but it is very warmly and comfortable. Highly recommend it.

We booked a room with 5 bed, nice view and really clean on July. Althought my room near the stair and i heard some noise but it was not their mistake. we had a good holiday. Thanks you about your service.

We booked a room of 4 bedrooms. Quite nice though it was a bit smaller than my expectation. It located on a tourist street (or a street full of hotels I supposed). The location was also near the city night market and you could really walk around and found many street vendors which sold warm soy milk and good yogurt.

The rooms are quite large. They work really well for families. The bed was very comfortable. My room had a balcony which I always like so I can open up the room for fresh air. The breakfast buffet was really good with many different types of cuisine choices...i.e. Chinese, Vietnamese, European. I especially liked the new tea shop that opened just off the lobby called Royal Tea. I liked I could walk to the night market and several restaurants.

Die Zimmer sind schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppichboden in den Zimmern hat viele Flecken, die Federkernmatratzen sind so durch gelegen, dass man jede einzelne Feder spürt. Die Dusche ist nicht richtig abgedichtet, so dass das Bad nach jeder Dusche unter Wasser steht. Englisch wird nicht gesprochen. Abgesehen von der Rezeption ist das Personal nicht freundlich. Im Frühstücksraum ist der Boden ebenfalls mit Teppich ausgelegt, welches nicht gerade hygenisch ist. Die Auswahl war befriedigend. Die Lage ist gut und zentral. Der Nachtmarkt ist fußläufig.
