Absolutely Terrible - DO NOT STAY HERE
Nothing was good about my stay when checking in two chatting employees were talking so loud at the front desk I could not even hear the employee helping me. Extremely in professional! Secondly - just include the parking fee in the rate - or state that it’s required. Because honestly there is no where nearby to park for free! Lastly - our reservation was for 3 nights and could not bring myself to stay there more than a single night. The room was dirty - there was dirt on the floor stains on EVERYTHING! the walls the carpet the couch! Looked like throw up or blood stains on the carpet. Stains on the bed.... honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at especially when paying over $120 / night.... I will NEVER stay at another Hyatt after my experience here.
Beyond my expectations
From start to finish the entire team surpassed my expectations and welcomed myself & puppy as family. Room was beautiful and the size of a one bedroom apartment that included a kitchen with fridge, microwave and oven top as well as a dish washer. Perfect for an extended stay
Terrible hotel!!!
Filthy rooms and hallways. Bathroom sink supported by lumber. Shower was filthy, rusty, soap scum. Dirt/dust covered under sink cabinet. Orange cracker crumbs all in front of couch. Outlets not working. No battery cover on remote. Stains on carpet. No furniture to store clothes. Hallways were filthy. Hyatt corporate refused to help and did not want my pictures. Checked out and went to a non-Hyatt property. Hyatt lost a customer for life.
DONT STAY HERE HORRIBLE HOTEL
Our experience here was horrible we booked 2 rooms for three days the room was not clean any of the days we stayed the property was dirty I understand that the pool area was closed but you at least can keep it clean PLEASE DONT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT AS WE DID
Don't stay HERE!
This is not Hyatt quality. The place is unclean. We won't be staying again. We have stayed here over the years and it just keeps getting worse. I have to type 200 characters so ignore the rest of this.
