This is a great place to stay if you want to relax! Took the family for a week stay and had a blast in and around the Ritz, this was our first stay and we loved it. To my point, Penny upstairs helped us with everything we needed, mind you we had a great time at the beach because of Penny. My family raves a bout the Ritz and begs to go back soon . You will not be disappointed , my point was, families can find many activities and fun stuff, my wife found out about a trolly service from Penny and what a Hoot! For relaxation this is your spot, breakfast lunch and dinner the Ritz has you covered.

Ive stayed at this property several times. As a Bonvoy member i was disappointed that the lounge access is no longer part of the stay but an upgrade at an additional cost. The room i was provided was located by the small pool, my balcony provided ample space to enjoy the outside. My room was clean and i always enjoy the robe. Service was fantastic as always.
Double Wedding at the Ritz

Luxurious hotel, excellent service, superb location, attended a wedding on Friday and Saturday evenings. Everything is pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi, nice gym with cardio and weights with lovely views of the beach. The spa was closed. Several wedding were held this weekend but that didn't bother us. We did not get an ocean view room and chose a pool/garden view with a balcony which was nice and less expensive. I posted some photos.
Only Stay if you are attending wedding.

Will start by saying we left our first night there. We arrived on a Friday, unaware there were 4 weddings scheduled Friday snd 4 Saturday of our stay. We walked into our room and saw a wedding directly beneath us. Called the front desk and was put on hold for 30 minutes (this happened multiple times). BTW- this happened with spa also. We called 3 days in a row because no one answered and no one called us back. I digress - We were assured the party would go inside after the ceremony. What she neglected to say was the ballroom is open so you hear everything, The worst part is that they had a drone flying to take pictures and it was flying right OUTSIDE OUR LANAI AND WINDOW. This is a horrible breach of privacy. We were told we could not move anywhere because the 4 weddings encompassed the entire property, Between the niose, drone and poor service, we just could not stay nor justify the expense. I would say go if you are part of the party. Don't bother if you want a vacation. So disappointed.
Disappointing—not up to par with Ritz-Carlton brand

I did not want to believe the reviews on here, but they are true. This hotel is nowhere close to what you expect from a Ritz and not worth the price. The service and rooms are about the level of a cheap hotel, the only good thing is the view of the ocean. If that’s all you want, this is the place for you. The room was small, old, and the shower didn’t drain properly and immediately flooded several inches when used. Worse, we had to call THREE times over 24 hours to get someone to come repair the shower (even though the first two times we were told someone would come to fix it). We also spent 20-30 minutes waiting for the valet every time. We spent the first half of our trip at the Waldorf Astoria just a mile away, and it was worlds apart, far more like the luxury you’d expect at this price. I would definitely stay at the Waldorf next time and only visit the Ritz for dinner with a view at Raya. Otherwise I was utterly disappointed and would never stay here again. The Ritz-Carlton brand management really needs to step in here because I am now a Waldorf/Hilton customer for life and expect many others are as well after visiting this location.
