We stopped over in Danbury one night on way to family over Christmas. We usually use Hilton brands due to the cleanliness of the hotels and friendliness. This place met our expectations. Our only complaint was the young lady at the front desk who could not help us with directions.

Staff were very friendly. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas and they even had a hot chocolate bar! Room was clean, modern and quiet. Only complaint was it was a bit confusing to get to from the main road. Great experience and will definitely be back.

This is a nice place to stay. The management and staff were all friendly and courteous. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate with something for everyone. Reviews of other hotels in Danbury mentioned homeless people residing at some of them. We did suspect, but cannot prove that there could have been homeless people staying here as well, but never brought it up. Once in a while we did catch a whiff of marijuana, which seemed to be in reviews of other hotels as well. But hey, it's now legal in CT so can't really complain about it. Would probably stay here again if in the area.

Our room was very spacious. The complimentray breakfast was good tasting and offered lots of variety. The Front Desk Receptionist, Jessica, was increadably friendly, knowledgable, efficient and a pleasure to talk to. She made was feel like a valued guest!

We enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were clean, quiet, breakfast was fabulous for a Hampton Inn, pet friendly with adequate dog walking, personable front desk staff. I would definitely stay there again. The $75 pet fee is a rip as I’m pretty certain there is no extra cleaning done nor will the carpet be shampooed.
