I've stayed here on several occasions and never had a problem. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were exactly what the picture shows. I had a recent reservations back in December and I was sad to see that they had closed down 2weeks prior. I hope that they handle the issues and do a grand opening. My room was clean and spacious bed was comfortable and it was quite great location.
Do not be fooled....

The photo’s attached to this particular hotel are grossly outdated. This hotel is in need of some extreme repairs. Non functioning elevators, as well as a closed pool and other guest amenities only scratch the surface of this hotel property. The rooms are very worn and outdated. The most basic upkeep and cleanliness standards are not followed here. In my opinion the place needs to be closed down for multiple reasons. Be wise and book/spend your money elsewhere.
Closed by City for Fire and Safety Violations

The property aparently has been attempting to renew its certificate of occupancy since 2016 but was out of compliance. The City of Dearborn Building Department was working with them but there were lots of issues that were not resolved. They were allowed to stay open as long as safety violations were not found. A routine fire safety inspection by the Dearborn Fire Marshal Dec 4th-10th however found an excess of fire and safety violations, so the hotel was declared unsafe for guests and employees and ordered closed by the city on Friday, Dec 14th, 2018.

The staff deserves 5 stars! There were issues with our reservations but Josephine accommodated us. We enjoyed hanging out in the bar with Laura and Jan. Unfortunately, we were there in the off season and the menus were limited. Overall, the place was clean and neat. It does need a little updating.

I want to start with that the staff at this hotel is excellent. Everyone is very friendly. Unfortunately the hotel is old and it shows. The wallpaper is peeling, the carpet is worn only two of the five elevators seemed to be working. I heard a lot of people complaining about the temperature of their rooms. The work out room was out of order not to mention it is almost in the same room as the pool so the air is overly humid. The hot tub was out of order.
