mi compañía prepago por 8 noches de estancia en este hotel, he concluido mis negocios un día antes de lo previsto y he solicitado a la persona al frente del lobby que me investigue de que manera podría por favor hacer el reembolso por la noche que no estaría utilizando, la persona dijo que no sabia cual era el procedimiento con esto y que solo un manager podría ayudarme pero no estaba disponible, por lo que se ofreció a ayudarme a pasar mi solicitud con quien si pudiera resolver el caso, pero nunca recibí retroalimentación, además la habitación que me asignado no tiene escritorio ni funciona la tina de baño(no retiene el agua)...habitación 201.

A delayed celebration of our 40th anniversary. It was supposed to have been in June, but had to be postponed because of business reasons. It was very rewarding. We have taken time off to stay here for a number of years just to enjoy time off to spend together even though we only live a few miles away.

I don’t even know where to start! if I could give this place 0 stars I freaking would!! First off place was absolutely disgusting not to mention the musty ass smell when you walk in Everytime. Mold on the walls. Dirty bathrooms. Terrible front desk employees just so rude. And not to.menton 3 people, 3 PEOPLE walked inside our hotel while we were sleeping!! Honestly idgaf was the situation was but YOU DO NOT walk into someone else's hotel room for ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY IF YOU WORK THERE. (and no they werent coming in to clean). That is absolutely the rudest thing you can do!!!! Have you ever heard of PRIVACY! Jesus don't book here. ALSO you thought McDonald's breakfast was early?? Don't come here cause they end at 9!! When we had checked out we got an unknown charge for 75$ saying our towels were stained!! First off we had just left I don't think you sprinted to the washer to check! Have you ever heard of BLEACH!!!! Please I am writing this review so you can save yourself NOT WORTH IT.

Really clean with great pool lounge chairs

This property is older but our room was spotless. love the pool with the waterspouts. The lounge chairs at the pool are cloth and sturdy. The front counter man was caring and personable. The jacuzzi in the room was a tad small for 2 people but we made it work! The bed was comfortably soft but not too soft. I woke up with no back pain. Continental breakfast only. If you like meat at breakfast, McDonald's is next door.

If my room had ceiling fans I'd feel right at home safe secure an comfortable. I am very picky on rating hotels/motels and I do not rate 5 stars very often but this location is an exception. Even no breakfast (due to COVID) not the BW fault I'll ignore that...My room was large, spaciousness nice furniture, very large LG TV big bed with lots of pillows ( extra nice warm blanket in drawer), and the other nice things like a refrig/ Mwave, ironing board coffee pot with good coffee, the bath tub/shower had decent hot water pressure. This room rates 5 stars!
