More about the hotel
Amazing Swimming Pool is my favorite
I used to come to Naypyitaw very frequently due to my works. If I would have to stay long, always choose this fabulous hotel. Good facilities and high standards of comfort and excellence. Breakfast was good with many options. My most famous moment was relaxing at very wonderful pool side viewing stunning sunset in the evening after busy headache days. Very friendly staffs and all are willing to help everything you need. I warmly thank you the staff and general manager for warm personal approach to each guest. Definitely it’s one of the best hotel in NPT. Thank you for taking care of your loyal guests.

Style Over substance and the mystery of secret deals and menus...
First of all, the room was beautiful. The enormous bed was so comfortable and the bath was really luxurious. We took a suite as a special treat and this was really nice. However, the hotel generally was a disappointment on many levels: - we were charged $100 / night for three nights inc breakfast. This is expensive for Myanmar but we did choose a suite. However I have since noticed a review on here mentioning a promotion of 65,000ks / night when booking three nights, including breakfast and one lunch/dinner. They should be more transparent about their offers and promotions this doesn’t seem fair. - For such a high end suite the water pressure in the shower was very weak - showering was a pain. I asked reception about this and they said they would send someone to fix it. Nothing happened. - The food in the restaurant in the evening is excellent, but breakfast was very disappointing. The most frustrating thing was no one explained to us there is a separate menu of things available other than the buffet. On the first morning we didn’t have any eggs but we noticed other people had eggs when we were leaving, for example. Same thing on second day when we noticed other people had bacon being brought to them just as we were going back to our room. It seems like some guests were being offered a secret menu of other things than the poor buffet choices. I don’t know why no one spoke to us about it or showed the menu, or if other foreigners had a similar experience (maybe you have to be regular or a friend of the staff to get special items?!). I asked for some bacon on the last day and they said they didn’t do it!! But eventually bought some thinly sliced pork belly... I don’t know why they have special /different arrangement for some guests and not others. - The pool is quite far from the hotel building. There is a buggy service though if you don’t like to walk. At the pool there is a towel guy but no drinks/food staff offering service. Again I don’t know how they find out but some guests had drinks and food brought to them from main building. We didn’t get offered any food/drinks service at the pool. Maybe regular visitors have the waiters phone number!?! - If you are looking for a quiet couples relaxing break I recommend you go somewhere else. There are many families with small children visiting this place. The pool becomes over-run by kiddies in the early evening, the restaurant is basically like a mad crèche, and the hotel bar is closed for some reason so there isn’t anywhere quiet to sit and have a drink and a chat, unless you go back to your room. If you do go and you value calm/quiet, take some headphones! All in all this place was not what we expected from a high end design hotel and is more of a busy family resort than a stylish place for a relaxing weekend.
We did enjoy our stay so much!
We, four families, 8 adults & 8 kids , 6 rooms , 4 nights 5 days, Our honest review below... -Great Location, -Beautiful landscape, -Huge and very enjoyable infinity swimming pool with natural lake and forest view, -Spacious and modern design hotel room, -Staffs with beautiful smiles and always greeting to guest, thumps Up to Ko Win Zaw, FO manager, Housekeeping, F&B team who provide extra mile service for breakfast and dinner. -Food is also enjoyable, So, what more could we ask for more !!! Strange promotion rules.
First of all, the first room we got is very bad. As soon as we stepped into the room, there were many hairs on the floor. So we complained to clean again. And after a few hours, we took shower. My wife took shower by cup of glass from the basin. Because the water speed from the shower is very slow, almost drop by drop. And then the AC is not working when we came back from outside. They came to fix the water and AC that night. But it’s not working properly. And they changed the room for us upon my request. And we stayed one more night because my work was not finish. In the promotion, they said the price for room is 85000 kyats for 1 day stay, 75000 kyats for 2 days stay (including lunch), 65000 kyats for 3 days stay(including dinner). But when I check out, I got nothing even though I stayed 2 nights. I’d paid with 85000 kyats and get no lunch. What they said is I didn’t say for 2 nights when check in. But I didn’t say that I will stay only one night and I said it’s depends on the situation of my work when we check in. However, We stayed 2 nights. We didn’t check out nor check in again during 2 that 2 nights stay. We stayed 2 nights continuously. So it’s better to ask clearly about the promotion before check in.
