Walked into the room and first thing you see is toenail clippings. Ick. Multiple weeks and billing issue still hasn't been resolved despite multiple calls - even the national customer service is useless. Save yourself the regret and stay somewhere else.

Nice okay hotel on the main road to wherever you go, the room was spacious and clean and the bed was super comfortable. For the money it is totally worth the stay, and I will definitely stay again. We stayed one night on our way to the Big Bend.

This motel should not be called quality using any exaggeration! Dirty, smells horrible, and overall about normal for a Patel motel. On top of a noisy unrestful night the "breakfast" was a joke, I'm sure the homeless shelters do much better. Unless you can't figure anything else out, stay far away from this place.

Terrible hotel, Stay somewhere else!

-Used soap left in bathroom -Bathtub peeling -Used floss found on the bed -Large bugs -Door does not fully close, seems very loose and not secure -Carpet ripping with exposed nails, punctured foot -Electric outlets in bedside lamp loose with exposed wires -Stains on couch cushions -Walking in other rooms and closing of doors easily heard Asked about a unusual fee charged. Was told I would receive a call back, but was never contacted. Do not stay here!!!

Famiiar Brand - Dated Room - Convenient Location

So I stay at a lot of choice hotels, this is slightly below average. The bed was comfortable but the room was kind of old. I had the accessible room suit which was weird. You enter into the living room, which had a microwave refrigerator tv and couches. Then you keep on walking into the middle which is the bathroom. If you keep on walking youll enter the bedroom with a tv. The bathroom was like divider room between the living and bedroom. The bedroom was cool but the living room was still kind of hot. Breakfast starts around 530 am. Oatmeal, sausage biscuit ( the wrapped version), fruits, juices, and cereal. A very covid limited menu. Plenty of parking, but a whole lot of police signs to say keep valuables in room and not car. I did see some broken glass in the parking lot. I worried about this all night since I was moving cross county but nothing happened. i probably would stay here again.
