$30 Stolen Pillows

My fiancé and I stayed here on September 17-18 2021. I have stayed here before and the rooms are clean, quiet and located near restaurants and shopping. I noticed as we entered our room only two pillows on the left side of the bed. I didn't think anything about it as we had a very busy day. We stayed the night without incident, checked out in the morning and proceeded on our way. I noticed a day or so later on the Hilton app a charge of $30.00 for two pillows. I called the hotel and was directed to housekeeping where I left a message. I then called Hilton 1800 number and explained our situation and was refunded the $30 and even received some bonus points. I had resorvations made earlier the following Monday and as we were checking in I mentioned the pillows and the charges. I was told another customer requested extra pillows and were taken from our room. What I didn't understand is why the hotel didn't call me about the missing pillows instead of billing our stay. I would stay only if last resort and will report anything damaged or missing from the room immediately to the front desk. The hotel community jacuzzi wasn't working properly and the water smelled bad. The shower in our room made me smell like chlorine.

The worst Hampton inn ever

No hot breakfast The pool smelled like sewer water when I check out early and asked for a refund for the day I was going to stay but decided not to after the treatment and care of the place they gave me a hard time and send me a refund and they I had a decution on my card for the same refund they sent so I never got a refund I had to pay for days I didn’t stay I am still waiting for the general manager to contact me the food was old and nasty no hot breakfast staff was rude and unreasonable I had a horrible time and will never come back

Don’t Expect Much

Apparently, being an Honors member is not important at this location. Never mentioned by any staff at check in or check out. No waters were offered. Don’t expect your room to be overly clean. Our tub had mold and rust stains all across the front. Also, they do not have newspapers nor orange juice, things we have grown accustomed to at Hampton Inn. It is a good location.

Employees were very friendly. Their hot tub and pool was open. After a long drive it was a very nice ending of the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a number one place to stay. The rooms were clean and the environment was comfortable and friendly.

ANOTHER HAMPTON INN, SAME DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

Another Hampton Inn...different city, same disappointment with the brand! Lifetime Diamond member status, 130+ night/year traveler for past 25+ years, most of them Hilton properties. Digital key did not work and it took three trips back to the front desk to get a regular key that would work, in hallways and elevators that felt like 90 degrees and a front desk attendant that was very unconcerned and simply said “that happens sometimes” instead of offering any apologies for my inconvenience. Appreciated the extra towel but the one on the back of the door was from the previous guest. Mold in the shower. Smoke alarm covered with a plastic shopping bag. Iron was “scorched” and unusable. Time to switch my loyalties after the numerous bad stays in Hilton properties this year!
