We chose the Ramada since it got fairly good reviews and were arriving on a late flight. However, when we tried to find the Ramada shuttle, there was none. We called the motel and were shunted to a national operator who was no help. Fortunately, the driver of another shuttle told us what to look for - a shuttle that served several motels in the area of the Ramada. When we arrived the desk clerk didn’t point out the wifi p/w was in our key envelope. We asked about a shuttle the next morning and were told that they ran every half hour. The next morning we learned that the shuttle we wanted wasn’t running so we had to leave a half hour early. The breakfast bar was very mediocre. My wife has food intolerances so there was nothing she could eat. Fortunately for us, the Moonlight Diner was across the street so we had a great breakfast there.

In all honesty, I can't call this a "budget hotel" because it wasn't low-cost. Not high-cost, mind you, but not "low" either. That said, I was pleased with my one-night stay. The bed was comfortable & the room was clean, which--to me--are the essentials. Other reviewers have commented on poor customer service. My experience was not that at all. I brought with me a box that I needed to ship before my stay ended & I didn't really want it taking up space in my room. The young lady at the front desk graciously accommodated me in this regard by allowing me to put the box in their meeting room for the night. I thought that was courteous. So I want to give this hotel a pat on the back for good customer service. So why, you might ask, did I not give 5 stars? Well, let's talk about the shuttle--which I see has caused a considerable number of complaints already. We were flying out on SW Airlines, which is in the east terminal of DIA. But the shuttle driver dropped us off at the west terminal. Why?!! I've ridden these types of airport shuttles many times before & the protocol is that you ask the rider what airline he or she is flying. But apparently, here, the west terminal is the ONLY option. I asked the driver why we were being dropped off at the west terminal & that I needed the east terminal. His reply was that it was "not his problem." Well, that's not cool, in my book. This hotel could be 5 star if it'd get its act together with the shuttle. You drop the passenger off where the passenger needs to go!

I recently stayed here. The price is pretty good so I thought I would give it a try. I did read the previous reviews and thought I would avoid the shuttle fiasco if I planned my trip appropriately. I was wrong. I called before my flight left and spoke to the front desk. The gentleman was very helpful, told me exactly where to wait for the shuttle, how long it ran and what the shuttle looked like. I followed the directions and saw every other hotel shuttle come by more than once. I did try calling repeatedly but the phone just went to the main number and no one ever answered. I finally gave up and took an Uber (which by the way, look up and make sure you are at the appropriate letter to give to your Uber driver - they start with A.) When I got to the hotel, I asked if the shuttle had been running that night. There was a young gentleman in training at the front so he got the woman training him and they exchanged a look that makes me think something is up about this shuttle service - does the person clock in and not actually make the runs? They just implied I was in the wrong place or looking for the wrong shuttle. I didn't see any purpose in gettng into an ugly conversation since I definitely felt they could care less so I just left it at that. Also if there is at least two of them working, why don't they answer their phone!? The room as clean enough but the carpet was oddly lumpy. Overall, there are just better places to stay with better staff.

Your shuttle won't bear a decal with the hotel's name. When you call the hotel, they will not pick up (at least in my experience), and so you will have a hard time connecting with the shuttle. The staff is dressed unprofessionally and came off as stoned. I ended up coming to the hotel via taxi, because I couldn't get a hold of the hotel (though when I arrived two boys were working the desk), and I was sick of trying to figure out the shuttle after more than an hour. Shuttle bus fiasco

The hotel itself is decent, as is the breakfast, facilities and staff. The shuttle bus service, however is terrible. We arrived at Denver, tired after a 9 hour flight. Rang the hotel to order the bus but got through to some general number and was given another number (which turned out to be the same number!). Rang again. This time I was told I couldn't be transferred to the front desk. Rang again and eventually got through and ordered the shuttle. Was told where to wait and it would be there in 30 mins or so. 45 mins later and still no shuttle. Rang again and only at this point was I told the shuttle only collects from the west terminal and the bus won't actually say Ramada on it but rather Western Hotels (or something like that. Tbh I can't remember). Anyhow the shuttle eventually arrived but surely this is something which basic training of staff would sort. ie. when a shuttle is ordered....always tell the customer the pick up point, tell them it is only from the west terminal and the bus will say Western Hotels (or whatever) on it. In fairness, we booked our time slot that night for the next morning's shuttle to the airport to collect our rental car and that was without incident. Would I stay here again. No! The whole shuttle bus thing has left a bad taste in my mouth. I doubt I'll be back there again next year
