Poor Service and Subpar Product

Both the service and the product of the hotel are underwhelming. In my case, the hotel was oversold so our room reservation was placed into a makeshift sleeping arrangement at the hotel; I understand this happens, however, how this was handled is where I find fault. I am still waiting on contact from the GM despite being copied in on e-mail correspondence and leaving a voicemail. It's been a month...
Better than expected but beware street parking

Travelled to Denver for a wedding and stayed for 5 days/4 nights having chosen the hotel for close proximity to the airport and other touristy attractions. I was a little weary having read some of the reviews regarding cleanliness and service but it was much better than I was expecting. Front desk was always incredibly kind and check in/check out was very quick. They played great music and it was always nice seeing people in the lobby area enjoying meals and drinks. The claims of homelessness being present aren’t wrong but there are not as many people around the area as described though coming from another Metropolitan area, homelessness does not bother me as I understand that our unhoused neighbors will always be present especially in more commercial areas. We received a balcony room but didn’t have a view of the mountains as advertised; we had a view of the little strip mall across the street which was fine. The room was quite clean except the comforter did have stains which we had requested for a new one but house keeping had just put the old one back onto the bed. We had a rental for our stay and decided to park the car on the street behind the hotel where other cars were parked because we didn’t want to pay the $19/night garage fee. The first night the car was fine but it did end up being stolen and the hotel has no cameras behind the building so bear that in mind if you decide to stay here and park your car on the street as well. DPD told us that the rental car we received is the #1 stolen car at the moment so it was unfortunate but we made the most out of the trip despite that. Overall, the hotel was very charming in its own way even in spite of some of the dated appliances and though it was unfortunate our rental car was stolen, it was a better experience than anticipated. Probably will not stay here again but we enjoyed our time!
Vacation to Denver

My son surprised me with a vacation to Denver. He checked in and verified about the breakfast and amenities offered. Well.....Breakfast WAS NOT included; and wasn't told to him until the EXPENSIVE bill arrived for Yogurt and Coffee...$22!!! We were there 3 nights, 4 days. NO HOUSEKEEPING! I requested towels and finally received them at 2AM! Went to the spa, oh, that was broken! When we talked to the front desk clerk about our concerns, his answer was "Well, I'm sorry, but that sometimes happens". Well, it WON'T happen to us again!!! This was an expensive lesson....Never again for Marriott!!!!!

My husband and I were here for a meeting. Otherwise we would not have chosen this hotel. Upon arriving the guy's computer went down after entering our name so we had to stand there for more than 30 minutes while the line behind us grew longer. The guy beside him's computer didn't have this "glitch" so his line flowed smoothly. The next morning I thought I'd sleep in - have room service for lunch and spend the afternoon at the pool. I tried to get ahold of someone at in room dining and no one answered. I pushed every single button possible and not one person answered Not even on the EMERGENCY button? Finally called the front desk and was told that there was NO food service between the hours of 10 am til 4 pm. Their gift show (for candy bars) was closed until 4:30 pm. They had no vending machines. I was told the certain floors had ice machines. Only a slight bit of ice came out. So made it out to the pool which is not heated and was filthy. Very thin and tiny towels. Nothing going on - nothing like I had imagined. Very depressing atmosphere. As I'd said, if it weren't for the meeting, we'd stay somewhere else. Upon departing I asked that our stay be added to our Marriot points. They said they couldn't look our number up. Even by his email, etc. There was no one behind us waiting. How disappointing!!! Also, in the past it was free parking, Now it's $19 per night and you do it yourself Our room had a lovely view of the nasty rooftop of some rusty somethings...
Dirty poorly maintained property, room was dirty… extensive mold in shower, window coverings broken, dirty nightstand.

Very dirty hotel and poorly maintained. Room had extensive shower mold, showed FD and was told they have a lot of Housekeeping complaints. Dusty, dirty nightstand broken window coverings, broken luggage rack. I also noticed stained ceiling tiles and just overall poorly maintained property.
