Hotel was OK for the off season price of $99 for the night. Pool was clean and nice; same for the workout room and equipment. There was water, tea, and coffee available 24hrs. The coffee station has room for improvement. My biggest issues with this hotel were the rooms themselves. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the light fixture was coming out of the ceiling and the tub had rust all along the bottom. Somone in our group had a room on the floor above us. Someone in close proximity to our frinds room was smoking. The smell was so strong and leaked into other rooms in that same portion of the hallway. The front desk was notified to which she sprayed a deodorizer. That did not help the problem. After some investigation, we feel we know the room the smoke was coming from and wish the front desk would have addressed that room immediately. ( There was question if what we smelled was weed or cigarette smoke.) It was so strong in the room that it made 2 of the guest feel unwell. Breakfast was hot and had eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and waffles. Some cold options were available as well. We were disappointed with the rooms, and expected more from a Hampton Inn. The staff we encountered were friendly.

I booked a 2 night stay. I was pleasantly satisfied with all features this Hampton had to offer. Room was accommodating along with the complimentary breakfast. You couldn’t ask for anything more from a pool, and exercise area. You can’t go wrong by booking a nights stay!

The rooms are little outdated with no USB ports but lots of electrical outlets, make sure you bring your own chargers. The rooms are very clean no complaints here. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the public areas were clean constantly. There are plenty of parking spots, we family of 8 all enjoyed our stay.

Great location. HOWEVER, I cannot recommend the Rehoboth Beach Hampton Inn. There were multiple problems. My room, especially the bathroom, smelled like sewage. The thermostat was not working, and when I woke up the next morning I discovered that my refrigerated food was frozen. (Turns out the entire freezer compartment, including the temperature control dial, was missing.) I called the front desk, reported the problems, and asked to be given a different room. The person I spoke with did not say I’m sorry about your experience (or anything to that effect). I then went to the front desk to pick up keys to the new room. There was one employee working there, and she was assisting another guest with a billing issue. I patiently waited, and waited, though I did indicate to the employee, while she was helping the other guest, that all I needed was to pick up my keys to another room. After about 25 minutes I took a few steps towards the office in the back to see if there was anyone in there who could assist. Only then did a second employee (I believe this was the supervisor) come out to the reception desk! Instead of greeting me and offering to help, she assigned my issue to the other employee. It took an additional 20 minutes before I had the keys to my new room. My new room was an improvement, but the mattresses, pillows and sheets were very worn and in obvious need of replacement. All of this, and the nightly rates were not cheap.

Would have been good stay except for loss of iphone we suspected was in room. Front desk claims to have checked. Find my phone indicated otherwise. Continental breakfast was lacking. Will stay at Hilton next trip.
