1 night stop over, we are not fussy, what we requested was a bit of comfort and a good rest. But this was the least welcoming place we have been. The receptionist was rude, apparently annoyed by guests. At my request of help with my room wifi he replied he's not a technician, so there was nothing he could do. Basically I was left without wifi, unable to work remotely as i was supposed to, so keep in mind wifi may not reach your room if you stay here. Rooms dated on the ground floor. Restaurant a bit pricey for what it is. Breakfast very poor.
Fine for a stop over
Although handily situated, be careful to enter the full name in your sat-nav, as there are at least 3 myriad hotels in Dijon, and we ended up visiting two of them. Consequently we were a bit late, but no problem, restaurant stayed open late and staff were very helpful. Food was fine, alcohol a little pricey. Rooms were small but clean. Breakfast ok.
DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL
Do not use this hotel, the staff are thieves !! Do not leave personal items in the room, the staff go in when you are out & steal computers & personal belongings !! Disgraceful, the management are in with the scam because when we complained nobody had the decency to sort or phone back. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK BUT STAFF ARE THIEVES !!
Christmas 2019
Two nights stop over at this hotel Going and coming from Spain. Very comfotable bed pillows and duvet cosy. Room small but enough for one night. Shower good and soft white towel. Quiet place. Continental breakfast was fine Booked evening meal was very nice. Drinks a bit pricey Staff friendly
BEWARE !! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. The STAFF STEAL from ROOMS !!
BEWARE staying at this hotel !! The hotel have THIEVES working as staff. We had a member of staff enter our room while at dinner & STOLE our laptop computer & personal belongings. The hotel was contacted & I was told I would receive a call from a director but this NEVER happened. DO NOT STAY but if you have to DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN THE ROOM !! There is NO CCTV in the corridors !! I ADVISE anybody there is a STAFF SCAM going on here & I would avoid booking at any cost !!
