Americas Best Value Inn

The first room I was assigned had a smoke detector that chirped due to battery needing replacement. Second room was disgusting, bathroom was neglected and lock on door was missing chain lock, drapery not hung properly. Didn't sleep well concerned with bugs, had multiple bites on face and arms in the morning.

Front desk receptionist ( Monique ) very welcoming helpful and professional. The kicker is when you walk into your assigned Unit and discover that it needed a lot of TLC. Free breakfast was a total failure ...hardly any selection ,waffle batter was frozen they had no spoons for yogurt or eating a bowl of cereal...ran out of coffee....and so on and so forth....I personally would never stay or recommend it to friends or foe alike....stay away.....

The lady at the desk was very kind. Reasonable rates. Decent room for a nights stay while traveling. Internet was down. Phone lines were down. Coffee maker but no cups. Refrigerator smelled bad and didn't work so my orange juice almost spoiled. Hot water. Good water pressure. No one bothered me during my stay. Easy check out. Recommend for one or two nights.

safe and secure but we will not return to it. Good location, friendly staff but outdated furniture and appliances. TV reception was spoty and the TV too small for the size of the room. Breakfast Bar was OK. Juice machine was empty. Waffle machine out of service. Hallway rug old and worn.

Just needed an inexpensive room for the night while travelling south. What a mistake. No internet, limited TV, DIRTY, rusty water in the shower, a hair dryer that had bare wires not connected to anything. The sheets looked like they were not replaced, but turned inside out. Only one set of towels as though the room was not cleaned after the last use. The rug was so dirty. I was afraid to touch anything. Wouldn't even think of eating breakfast there. The counter people were dirty and didn't even offer an apology for the inconveniences. Horrible place!!!
