I never felt so insecure to leave my car in a parking lot plus is shared with another hotel, you better get prepared to walk to get back to the hotel, no easy to find parking spot, very uncomfortable to check in and out. In the room, the mattress are old and uncomfortable, walls and floor in the room dirty, the couch looks like a bus station sitting, the sheets in the bed did not have cover, were all wrinkled and look like they did not changed it. The place smell weird. The bathroom is the only place decent except the shower faucet. I never stayed in this place again.
No hospitality, they just want your money here!

First of all the parking is shared with the sister property next door (Aloft Doral) so parking is tight. If you come back late it's hard to find a place to park. The restaurant /lounge downstairs is very good, its also very popular so the noise filters into the rooms. I am here on a Friday night and I could hear the patrons from the restaurant all night long in my room on the second floor. The room is nice and the lobby was pleseant. But the room has a very distinct odor. These rooms just don't smell good. I did not want to deal with the unpleasant person at the front desk so I just stayed in the smelly room. It was a musty smell. Not pleasant at all. The worst of it all. Was a phone call at 11 AM from the front desk. With a "Friendly Reminder" that check out is at 12 Noon. What the heck? It was Saturday morning and I was taking a quick nap before showering to check out. They woke me up and I was so pissed. I travel every week, this was the first hotel that has ever called with this "Friendly Reminder". I told the agent that called that I was aware and that I was sleeping. She never apologized. If you value your sleep, cleanliness, and respect for people. Then don't stay here!

Bad smell: In all the three rooms we have stayed, there was a strong unpleasant smell once entered the room right outside the bathroom. What was worse was that we could smell strong spicy.foods in the last room we booked. We requested to change room the next day but they said they would spray the room, which they did. The smell went away for couple hours. We asked for changing the room next day but they said they would use a machine to clear the smell. It got better but the smell returned and the AC blew bad smell to the bed next to the window. We got tired of asking and couldn’t wait to check out. I stayed in another room previously in June and hair could be seen in both beds and on the kitchen counter top. When we returned in July, that room was very clean. We stayed in room 212 last week and the bedsheet had hair and blue and black stains. In both room 608 and 212 you can see poor wall finishing on the right side of the shower. The breakfast was pretty good. I like the yoga bar with fresh fruits, nuts, and honey. There are hot tea, coffee, juice, water, breads, scramble eggs and sausage (sometimes bacon). The staff kept refilling foods and keep the area very clean and tidy. Pool belongs to aLoft but we can use it. Not family friendly because of the behaviors of some guest. There’s always not clean towels. We asked for clean towels and the house keeping didn’t come when we weee in the pool for more than an hour. We had to return to the room freezing and dripping water everywhere. There are often people smoke around the building and by the swimming pool. I am getting disappointed by Marriott hotels because they can’t keep the rooms consistently clean.

Horrible stay, checked in the room and first towels were damp and stained. Try going down on the elevator were there's post of only 2 people per or one family per elevator and 4 hotel staff got on the elevator with out mask and with out asking. Being a disable veteran I park in handicap, vendor in truck block all the cars in and didn't want to move the truck. Said that he had to off load heavy material. Had to wait for his convenience. Went to the pool Saturday and there at least 8 person smoking marijuana in the pool and even at 107 restaurant. Asked if there was security and the respond was no! Only if Doral police drives by. Called to speak to manager and was told he couldn't talk to me now!!
Just to rest and have bath... One night more than enough!

Although the staff at the front desk are very helpful, housekeeping was not. I left the charger of my laptop on the desk where I was working two days and they responded it was not in the room when I called to asked for it. Another annoying thing, they didn't make my bed during my whole stay.
