Poor mahagement.
Even when informed about problems management showed no concern or willingness to correct the situation. The manager was almost more confrontaional than willing to correct the situation. I travel frequently but will make sure to make advance reservations at a better choice.
Mini getaway
Hotel was nice and quite. Cleaning staff only works until 2pm, so if you are a late raiser your room will not get cleaned. Bring your own pool towels and to shower with!!! We had to repeatedly ask for towels.
Dirty
Room was disgusting. Our bed had stains on the covers and pillows, trash from previous tenants, and our towels had not been washed when we received them. The pool is not as big as the pictures make it out to be.
Sons Stayed After ATL United MLS Cup Match
I booked this hotel for my sons to stay here after the MLS Cup when ATL United played. The front desk gave my son no problems checking in since I had reserved & paid for the hotel on a booking site in my son's name. They said the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was great and it was easy to find.
Wonderful place to stay!
This is a very clean & affordable place to stay I love coming here and Pam is just the best. She is very nice and helpful she is what makes the stay well worth it. The only downfall here is the breakfast. It doesn’t have everything like most of the other choice hotels have like boiled eggs, oatmeal & biscuits and gravy but overall it is a wonderful place to stay.
