Best experience ever!!
Me and my kids are selling our place and wanted to create a stay cation for us. OMG!! We were overwhelmed with the hospitality and service we experienced. The staff was highly focused on making sure our experience was beyond a 5 star experience. From the pool, to the valet parking, to the filtered water an amazing workout room! From the inviting friendly atmosphere to the amazing food at the hotels restaurant, Verbena. My mornings were made comfortable with some coffee and muffins in the courtyard to start our day after a great night sleep on the comfy beds. We will definitely come back and stay since it’s located around basically every thing in Austin!! Thank you for helping me create a unique experience for me and my kids.

Overall great place. 3rd floor was a bit noisy from 6th but still nice. Will be trying to get higher room next time. Also wished it had a heated pool. Overall it was a great hotel. Great drinks at bar down stairs

You cannot beat the location of Canopy or food at Verbena! I live nearby and was a frequent flyer for brunch and happy hour. During the winter storms my condo was severely damaged and Canopy welcomed me and my frenchie, Pippa, with open arms! ❤️ We have been long term guests since February and will be staying throughout the summer. The entire staff is absolutely amazing!!! They have made Canopy an awesome home away from home, and helped turn a stressful living situation into an awesome adventure. We are thrilled to be spending our time with them and are so grateful! I highly recommend staying here, you are in the heart of west 6th and within walking distance to tons of entertainment, food, and all the great things Austin has to offer. The food at Verbena is amazing, and bar has a really fun vibe! Canopy is Perfect for short or long term stays, groups, and your pups!! We will be sad to leave at the end of the summer but will definitely be back to enjoy a cocktail and some pool time!! 🍹

Very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. Will look for other Canopy properties in the future. Staff was excellent from top to bottom, and our location was fabulous. We will definitely try to return soon
Nice new clean place
Crazy I have to submit 200 characters for a review! The place was nice - like the concrete floors and decor for cleanliness and safety (and looks). Right downtown. Staff was very professional, courteous and respectful of Covid 19 situation.
