Lovely hotel in a great location. Great for anyone taking a cruise as its across from the Cruise Terminal. Our stay was unexpected as our other accomodation was unavailable. Hotel was able to provide a room at very short notice. Great room, great service. On the expensive side, but a enjoyable experience.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was a great location for sightseeing in Vancouver. We had fantastic views of Canada Place and Burrard Inlet from our 20th floor rooms. The rooms themselves were perfect - super comfortable beds, great showers, very large. And the staff at this hotel were excellent! Always so friendly and helpful - especially the concierge staff and a huge shout out to Steve the doorman. He was always so pleasant and answered all of our questions. It was the perfect location for seeing everything that we wanted to see in Vancouver. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations in Vancouver!

The 3rd Floor Terrace Room is amazing. You have a private patio, not huge but intimate. Pathway to the outdoor salt water pool. Gorgeous views and quiet, considering you are surrounded by office towers and being in the heart of the city.

Our stay at the Fairmount was top notch. We had the most courteous and respectful hotel staff that always greeted us warmly, fulfilled requests in a timely manner, including providing us with slippers alongside our request for bathrobes which was very thoughtful. The connected lounge also provided great service with a welcoming demeanour and we never felt rushed to finish our brunch and drinks (which can be difficult to come by in pandemic days!). Thank you to everyone at the Fairmount Waterfront, you are appreciated.

Really appreciated the personal touch and fresh fruit every day in my room. Everything was very clean and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it provided easy access to the convention centre.
