Well-furnished; nothing lacking; very clean. Bathroom with shower/tub combo. Kitchen with full-size fridge; stove; microwave; Keurig coffee maker. Bedroom with TV, plus separate bedroom nook, both with very comfy beds and bedding. Huge storage closet. Separate closet with Washer; Dryer. Sofa Bed and TV in sitting room. Separate Desk area. Narrow, but long balcony. Windows that open! Very secure parking, but cost is additional to nightly room rates. Shared Pool/ Hot Tub/ spacious outdoor 'lounge' area (not open in November rain) (Some minor maintenance issues (light bulbs, etc), but given current COVID protocols and conditions, this cannot fairly be considered a complaint)
convenient well appointed long term stay

We chose Level for its location and the fact that it had a kitchen and laundry. Our room was a studio with a queen bed on the ground floor, The place was clean, modern and the kitchen came well stocked with pans, utensils, and appliances. A thoughtful touch was a throw blanket on the couch. We also had a small balcony with two chairs which were great to use on the warmer days. The mattress on our bed was a tad too soft in the middle for us but that said we would stay here again in the future! One small item to note. I was surprised that hand sanitizer was not set up at the elevator banks or at the entrance to the hotel for the guests to use in these high touch areas. I would also suggest that a small bottle of hand sanitizer in the rooms as an amenity would be an appreciated amenity
Great stay for my family

We are a family of 4 with a 3&5 year old. We got a 1 bedroom with a king bed and queen sofa and it worked out well for us. Although we got a ground floor unit, it wasn’t as noisy as I thought it would be. The beds and pillows was very comfortable and I must say, the best sofa bed (mattress) I’ve ever encountered at a hotel! I loved the soft fleecy robes which is an awesome change from the terry cloth robes! The place was clean and modern and the kitchen was just what we needed with 2 little kids. All the kitchen supplies was top notch (good pans and utensils!). I also liked all the security around the hotel in terms of using your key card to get to the elevators or to our hallway where our room was located - safety is key when staying in downtown! The location can’t be beat with Nester’s market around the corner and a delicious Vietnamese restaurant below to enjoy on a cold rainy day! We would definitely stay here again in the future! One small thing to note is that it would be nice to have a rolling cart to transport our luggage’s/things to and from our vehicle.
3-months of comfort

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-month stay in a spacious and fully-equipped studio. Despite some amenities being cuurtailed by Covid, my stay was extremely comforfortable. The staff were very attentive and responded to all queries in a timely fashion. This was evident from when I made my initial booking with Kourtney to my check out with Sarah. Parking and security were also very good. Would definitely stay there again!
Ok, not great.

Was told by phone pool would be open from 7am....but upon arrival, it's been changed to open at 10am for no reason they could offer except that the door is locked until then by management..which made it hard to use when you're out visiting the city from early until late with kids. For a suite, the room was very tight (you could barely walk around the bed without hitting the walls) and it's not a real bedroom - just a broken sliding glass separation-type thing that made a horrible noise when you tried to close it. The bed was terrible, the pull out couch bed was even worse - needless to say we left exhausted. We had to ask for dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper within a three night stay because there was none/too little in the room. I'm not convinced a hotel is someplace I would visit again if I have to walk through the lobby with toilet paper in my hands (far from luxurious). No plastic glasses in your suite, but you're not allowed to take glass to the pool (though those out there had). Also, no housekeeping is fine during covid, but some pointers on how to deal with needing new towels etc. would be helpful - again a trip to the front desk to get new towels and ask how to manage this issue. We were slotted in a 'small car' parking stall without asking what kind of car we had - and when we went back and asked for a different one, we were directed to another further stall that upon getting there found out it was occupied (in a multi level garage this was annoying as there was no service there to call up and fix it - we had to drive all the way up again). Finally, there was no ice machine/ice available when you arrive - after long days of travel, it's a small thing but kind of important to be able to pour a cold drink. In the end, it's really just a small condo tower trying to be a hotel and doing a pretty poor job. Only real plus: cleaning staff around pool/in hallways were very friendly.
