Unbelievable Over charged hotel bill no answer from reception or response

Myself partner and daughter stayed in JBH from 22nd November - 29th November booked through booking.com and paid £4,407.14 for our stay, today we have been charged £5,434.10 for 5 nights stay which was already paid for via booking.com, £4,883.86 and finally £369.48 we have no idea what these charges are for, our stay and how much breakfast and meals drinks we had should of come to no more than £1000 if that as our daughter is 1 and was told by waiters her meals are not charged, called reception was told to write an email but have emailed before with no response so she tried to get hold of the general manager and was then told she couldn’t get hold of him and we would receive a call back, have received no call so decided to call back again and wait on hold to speak to someone in reception have been on hold for over an hour and still haven’t spoken to anyone. I am absolutely disgusted in this I want to be reimbursed for the money you have wrongfully charged or I will be forced to take legal action against this.

7th time in this hotel. For a good reason. It is very very good. Take halfboard. You have access to all the other restaurants of the group. Quality of food is first class. Service, cleanliness, comfort are great.

Unforgettable Family holiday

An amazing week away for some winter sun (end of November) with our 5 month old, and 2 year old. The hotel was everything you could wish for from a luxury hotel that caters for children. Our Family suite was a good size, with a large terrace which was perfect for being in the sun during the kids nap time. The Kids club was excellent, our 2 year old loved going in the mornings, and the babysitting service was a superb. We immediately felt at ease with the team there. Food in the hotel restaurant was varied and excellent quality. We also ate at the Italian (Villa beach) and the Pan-asian (Beachcombers) - only wish we could have stayed longer to go to the restaurants again. The food was only seconded by the amazing view of the Burj. Booking in advance is needed as the only availability when booking on the day was at 9pm. The hotel was only at 50% capacity due to Covid which meant it wasn't too busy - i think it would be a different experience when full. Thoroughly enjoyed and can't wait to book again.

Room, housekeeping, restaurants/food, concierge, front desk - everything and everyone was fabulous. Try the free water/canal tour through the complex. There is a Lexus and driver for small, local trips - for the price of a good tip.

Jumeirah Beach Hotel value profit over people

We have been visiting Jumeirah Beach Hotel every December for 13 years and every time we visit there are new staff who have no memory of who we are even though we have a Jumeirah One Gold Membership. A huge shame. The service has declined considerably since change of ownership, especially this last visit in August 2021, but now that the Hotel want to charge triple the price of a suite in December compared to.what we paid in previous years at the same dates we will be moving to a hotel chain that values customer loyalty. Jason Harding if you read this I hope you realise you are losing loyal customers to other claims. Our kids will be heartbroken as we have chosen Jumeirah Beach Hotel for 13 consecutive years but that ends this December after your staff treated us like customers that just contacted the hotel for the first time.again.
