Visited St regis downtown for 1.5 weeks, Cuthbert in the lobby is my man! Great service and always up for a good conversation. Room and service we're also great! Will definitely be visitng there again this year

This is a very special hotel, the service and friendliness of the staff is absolutely top notch. A big thank you to Abdul my room attendant, Cuthbert who was in the lobby helping anyone who needed it with a friendly smile and the barman in the St Regis Bar (didn’t remember his name). Everything was high quality, and again the service and attention are exceptional. Had a couple of minor issues which were all dealt with perfectly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon and everything was perfect since the beginning, the staff was friendly, the recepction was good and the room was just perfect to rest, we like the hotel more than we like dubai.
