I enjoyed my stay. Room was very big and cozy. Everyone in the staff were so friendly and I felt welcomed. The hotel was clean and breakfast really good and there were so many good options! I don`t have anything bad to say. I have been travelling a lot and this is the best hotel I have been in. Overall experience; perfect :)

We got a great deal going to Dubai for a 2 night stay on the way home from Mauritius. The hotel was absolutely stunning, managed to get an early check in, staff were just incredible, from reception, house keeping right through to waiting on staff, 100% professional. View from the room was mind blowing. Breakfast before checkout we were asked if we would like to sample some local food from the waiter after we had finished our breakfast, the young man (sorry we didn’t get his name) was so passionate about his culture, going into detail about the different foods he brought for us to sample, he was an absolute credit to the hotel, outstanding customer service! We would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Dubai. Amazing thank you !!!

Excellent service by taj specially mr.Siddique snd ashraf. I will recommend to all my family and friends. Breakfast was excellent .staff at restaurant is very very kind and helpful. View and location of the hotel is awesome. Very cool and pleasant place!! They gave us early check in and late check out in addition they provided cake and baloons for my marriage anniversary!! I stayed at Taj dubai hotel from 11 May until 16 May with my parents and I got to say , it was the best decision I’ve made. From the beginning till the end we felt that our satisfaction is top priority for the staff. Every morning when me and my parents went for breakfast we were welcomed by the waitress USHA that although she was wearing a mask, you could tell by her eyes that she kept on smiling and trying to make us feel at home. Kept on checking if we need anything , was very patient and super nice to us. And even convinced me to try an Indian breakfast which was a wonderful surprise. When we left the hotel for some sightseeing and other adventures in the city we met the staff who are working at the entrance , I think their name is Fawad and Gurwinder , There was another guy very tall but I can’t remember his name his name, But the three of them helped us getting in and out from taxis and even arranged a taxi when we couldn’t find one and all of that was made with care and professionally. My mom has a problem walking and the whole staff made their best to help her with everything for example getting the table that we wanted for breakfast so she wouldn’t walk too much or arranging a chair for her to be able to shower without standing up etc. etc. The hotel itself is just beautiful the lobby the gym and the pool area the breakfast Area and the room itself was beautiful. I will definitely recommend any of my friends to stay there.

Sandeep was amazing at breakfast. Really attentive and made sure that I was taken care of. Really lovely guy. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast because of him! More people like Sandeep can really change your breakfast experience.
