Heart break Hotel 💔

This hotel would be better called the heartbreak hotel. The hotel it's self is beautiful but the rooms were below average for the price. We paid €208 for 2 nights and we got put in a room under the staircase, I felt like Harry Potter. The constant noise of guests and staff stomping up and down all day and night wasent plesent. It was difficult to sleep or relax. I ended up spending more time in weatherspoons which I learnt has a hotel attached with a better price on rooms

Very aggressive security staff on duty

Stayed here last night after been out of the hotel and we where arriving back to the hotel after hours and we witnessed a drunk male who was not been aggressive towards staff he obviously didn’t no where he was been drunk but then to witness a member of the security slam the male down on his back his head hitting the ground would totally put me off staying or setting foot near the venue again maybe need to train your staff and I’d fully expect the male to complain disgraceful handling of the suituation

Cannot fault the hotel at all. Stayed with 2 friends and the room would have easily slept 5! Restaurant was lovely (we ordered the burger and pizza). Location is 10/10 for bars / nightclubs. Would definitely stay again for a night or 2 in Dublin

Clump of black hair in bed moved duvet back to find this im a blonde so not mine Other than this the room was clean did pick up wih tissue and brought to reception to make them aware reception said they would pass on

Really enjoyed stay, from arriving early, and being looked after very well, right through, even looking after bags after we checked out! Staff were superb! All clean and tidy, a lovely location and a very quiet room, would definitely go back!
