Room key issues
Had to have my room keys reprogrammed before I was able to unlock my room every time. I was told that I was keeping it too close to electronics which was not true. They were kept in separate pockets or a purse. No apologies. No discount on the rate.
Recent stay
Hotel was nice and clean and quiet. Everything you expect from Hampton. Did not appreciate having a mask shoved in my face upon entering the hotel. Desk is protected by a plexiglass partition and the attendant had a mask. No one else in sight so did not feel I needed a mask! What happened to social distancing. What happened to the customer is always right! Do not like being ordered to do something.
Decent hotel. Not much curb appeal
This place is tucked behind some other buildings, so the curb appeal is limited. Ceilings are oddly low when you walk into the lobby. My first impression was not a good one. Also, so a large group of young men checking in and was concerned we'd hear noise all night. Happy to say, the rooms were clean and comfy. Slept well and no noise issues. Wouldn't rave about this place, but also would consider again.
First review
This is a great hotel to stay at it is new and nice staff are really nice and the rooms are too the pool is really nice to swim in and the breakfast is great you can tell they clean the rooms very well.
Good for price
Hotel is very dated but clean. Location is close to many restaurants and shopping. Customer service reps were friendly and helpful! Room was clean and quiet. We travel often and the bed/pillows are very comfortable. Will stay again whenever we are back in town.
