Do not stay! This is hotel should not be allowed to use the Marriott name. I prepaid a room with badic expectation of safety and service for 4 nights. After given a room that did not have a door that closed and trying another, neither were possible at this hotel. After 1 sleepless night I checked out and asked for a refund for the remaining days. The lady at the front desk agreed, and said “this is not a safe area or hotel”. The manager did not return a call for 3 days on the request and denied the request, probably because this hotel will not be open for much longer. Stay anywhere else.

Stayed here for a couple nights on business. The hotel is in a good location, close to the highways, 3 restaurants in the parking lot and many more within a 5 minute drive. The hotel staff is friendly. The room I was in was mostly clean, the one glaring thing was the white caulking in the shower has black mold on it. it's impossible to miss. Being a very easy fix for the hotel maintenance person, it really is unfortunate. The mattress is on it's last legs. other than that, it's OK. The breakfast leaves a little to be desired, but that is the case accross the Fairfield chain. Hoping they get it back up to the quality we saw pre-pandemic.

I stayed 5 nights with my family for a basketball tournament. Hotel was full but common areas were always clean, staff was friendly, and we never had issues getting housekeeping. We used the Bonvoy app to request service and any extra amenities we needed which was very convienent. The area has a lot of restaurants and stores nearby and was right off I-85. Only down side was the breakfast options, but I would def stay here again.

Pleasant stay here recently with family. Great location right off the highway and very close to a variety of restaurants and stores in the area. Check in and parking were a breeze. Staff were nice and provided all necessary hotel info upon checking in. The floor from the pool to the elevators was a little wet from hotel guests not drying off well. Elevator was prompt and room was clean.

When the front desk is brilliant they deserve a bump! I witnessed a phone call with a male asking for what room his fiancé is in. The lady working the desk (from 3-11 almost every day she says) fielded this call with patience and class. She first explained she could not confirm or divulge information on who may or may not be staying here. It was obvious the man was getting frustrated. She asked for him to call her cell number to determine where she was staying. She then asked “you don’t have her number?” He was apparently more animated with this. She explained that “what if” she were fleeing domestic abuse and then her whereabouts were given to her tormenter and he showed up to kill her. She then very calmly said “I understand if you will never stay with us again but I cannot help you.” She has your back, ladies. Way to go Mo! Someone in Marriott needs to take notice of her and get her a raise…She makes you look good! And just maybe she saved a life.
