Las habitaciones estam limpias y las camas con excelente comodidad, los colchones estan firmes, el baño con muy Buena limpieza, poco ruido, desayuno muy bueno, la piscina esta bien con temperatura adecuada, el estacionamieto es amplio, la atencion en la reception es Buena y muy rapida, tienen servicio de check out express

Gas smell and did not stay.

The front desk clerk checked us in without mentioning the propane/natural gas smell throughout most of the hotel. After viewing the room and discovering the gas smell, we immediately returned to the front desk and said we didn't feel comfortable with the safety of the hotel and were concerned about a possible leak. The front desk clerk said it was because they were close to "where the smell is added to the propane". I asked for a refund of charges since we did not feel safe staying and was told he did not know how to reverse the charges since we were already checked in. Regarding the gas smell, we have stayed in this hotel many times with no issues. On this particular visit, we stayed at the hotel nearby with no issues. Bottom line: we did not stay at the hotel based on safety concerns. We were charged for the stay.

Terribly hard beds, like sleeping on a marble table

The pillows have the feeling of plastic and full of air, not comfortable at all, the front desk does not mention the beds are like sleeping on a marble table, ( super hard) I have been to numerous other Hampton inns that had soft comfortable beds but the dajhart location is definitely the worst. Whoever is in charge of purchasing the beds should start looking for a new job. I will never stay at the Dalhart location again. When I mentioned this about the beds at the front desk they just shrugged their shoulders and said they couldn’t do anything about it. Definitely the worst Hampton inn I have ever stayed at. I woke up an hour later with my back and sides hurting and for a room that cost over $200 definitely a waste of money!!!!!!!

Friendly staff, great service, evening happy hour with beer and wine, grab and go breakfast - or- great hot breakfast items. This facility has a LOT going for it. The rooms are clean large and well appointed as well. We were on the road most of the day and this stop was just a wonderful break between DFW area and destination in Colorado.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel whatsoever. The staff were all very nice and helpful, the hotel was clean, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable & the bathroom was clean, as well.
