Dirty
The front desk staff was very friendly. After bringing in my luggage and my dog I saw that the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned and smelled of fruit punch, the microwave wasn’t cleaned, there was dirt all over the floor, the desk wasn’t wiped down. I did check the beds and they were clean luckily and so were the towels.
Never again!
I booked a room here for the sheer fact that it was easy to find and directly off of i95 but I will not stay again. We reserved two rooms one of which was still dirty upon our arrival, there were holes in the sheets, lights didnt work in the room. In the one handicapped rooom a cockroach was found in the bathroom. There were holes in the wall under and above the mirrors. Overall it was a terrible stay!
Nice hotel on Interstate
We had a business trip to Dunn, NC and found this hotel on the Wyndham web site. Staff was very nice, hotel worked well for us. Hotel is a little older and worn, but the stay was fine. The location of this hotel is close to everything in Dunn.
Will do in an emergency
Bathrooms aren't the cleanest. The bathroom vents haven't been cleaned each time there. Have reported the mold on the shower curtain every time we've stayed there, but apparently they don't pay attention or care. Bedroom appeared clean and did not smell. Considering the Interstate is right there, noise wasn't too bad.
Short stay to rest
Needed to stop to sleep. Right off interstate ramp. Small, tidy rooms. Seemed to be recently renovated. Exactly what I was looking for. Easy check in/ out. Only there for six hours so didn't need/use any services. Close to other places that were probably "nicer" (WAY more expensive), but this place was exactly what I was looking for. If you find yourself needing a clean, reasonably priced room to rest, this is a great find.
