Paramos en este motel, sigue el estándar de los Confort inn pero lo tienen muy bien cuidado. Los recepcionistas son muy simpáticos y serviciales.
La lavandería es quizá un poco pequeña para el tamaño del motel.

I booked a room six months prior to Bucknell Homecoming and one month before the date, Comfort Suites canceled my reservation because of a "private event." Of course by that time, all hotels in Lewisburg were booked and in the surrounding area because of a home Penn State football game. So, I have a worthless plane ticket that I have to eat the cost of.
I tried to call the manager to discuss this, and for five straight days the front desk said the manager was "not on site" and I left messages with the manager each time and was never called back.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Don't Depend On Your Confirmed Reservation
Making a confirmed reservation in Nov. 2020 for a room on 9/11/2021, I thought I was all set to attend a family wedding. But, not so at the Comfort Suites in Lewisburg, PA. In mid-August 2021, less than a month before the wedding, I was contacted by the Comfort Suites, Lewisburg and informed that they would not be honoring my confirmed reservation.
It seems that the owner of the Lewisburg, PA Comfort Suites entered into a deal with a local University to lease the hotel to house students, and put confirmed guests on the street within just days/weeks of their reservations. I found what I was being told very hard to believe and could not fathom that a business owner would act so dishonorably. I also learned that Choice Hotels has no control of their franchised hotels and did nothing to remedy the situation.
After the Lewisburg Comfort Suites could not find me a comparable room in the area, they told me there was nothing they could do and sent me on my way just a couple of weeks before my family wedding. No surprise to me that just a few weeks before my needed reservation, most hotels in the area were booked and Comfort Suites refused to pay any difference in room rates to book me in a comparable room in a local hotel. I booked the Comfort Suites because I needed the 2 Queen beds and Sofa-bed. I was able to find a comparable room at another hotel, but Comfort Suites and Choice Hotels refused to pay the difference in room rates. Since Comfort Suites, Lewisburg decided to 'chase the money' offered in the lease agreement with University, I thought the least they should do would be to pay the difference in room rates for a comparable room. But, there is no honor at this hotel, only unscrupulous business practices.
The mistake I made in this situation was to depend on a confirmed reservation made 10 months before my stay. I am hurt and upset by the treatment by the Lewisburg, PA Comfort Suites and Choice Hotels. I view the business decision of the hotel owner to be dishonorable and unethical, and to simply cancel a confirmed reservation without finding a comparable hotel room to be unacceptable. Relationships between a hotel and their guests should matter, and there is more than just money involved in running a business. Without satisfied hotel guests... there is no business!
Thus, I would avoid the Lewisburg, PA Comfort Suites if you need to depend on your confirmed reservation for business or personal use. There are several hotels in Lewisburg, PA who honor their reservations and are not owned by an unethical person who does not care about their guests. Guests are the life-blood of a hotel, and this hotel owner has proven that they will break the important guest-hotel confirmed reservation contract without regard for the customer.
This experience will also forever change my opinion of the Choice Hotel Brand as they also did not stand behind, and support, their Privilege Member customer. Evidently, the only thing that matters to the owner of the Lewisburg, PA Comfort Suites is MONEY. So, I'd stay somewhere else if at all possible...

Bucknell announced a change in the graduation date due to the pandemic. Comfort Suites in Lewisburg asked each person with a reservation for the original graduation weekend if they wanted to transfer their reservation to the new graduation weekend dates. Jennifer was extremely helpful in explaining the process. Many similar hotels in the area did not do this, leaving clients in a horrible position. I am grateful to the CS for the consideration they gave me. The CS team has earned my loyalty.

This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star, after my experience with this hotel they deserve an -0. My experience at this hotel was not a pleasant one as I was racially profiled and after checking out from the hotel, to my surprise I was charged a smoking fee. The manager Jennifer Levanowitz and her staff (especially Crystal) are unprofessional, rude and has absolutely no respect for her guest. She refused to resolve my dissatisfaction with the hotel and has her staff lying on her behalf. I have left numerous messages for her for 4 days and she has yet to return any of my messages. I personally feel like I was racial profiled because I was not greeted upon arrival and my room was not attended to with clean linen on the bed nor clean bathroom essentials when stepping out. After numerous phone calls, I was later made aware that the room next to me was in fact the room who did not follow hotel policy and because they could not charge that customers credit card they charged mine instead.
This has been the worst experience in my life, I now have to deal with losing $250 for something I did not do. The corporate office is no help as well, all they can do listen to your concerns but have no control over their hotels. I will never again stay at any of these CHOICE hotels, the company and managers do not value their customers
