Pluses: Great bagels for breakfast and (for me) seeing the planes at the small airport behind the hotel. The people who worked there seemed nice. I mentioned some of the issues below and they took a bit off the price of the rooms. Negative: Maybe this hotel is still recovering from the financial strain of COVID restrictions. I don't know. My guess - they cut back on maintenance or maybe never had a robust maintenance schedule. The air conditioning in the public spaces didn't seem to be working - it had to be high 70s / low 80s during our entire 5 day stay. I was told the air conditioning was being looked it. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. The overhead light in the bathroom flickered and then turned off. The shower drained slowly so you were standing in water during a shower. The desk light didn't work. My group had two rooms and the issues were the same in each room. My unit smelled heavily of Frebreeze. The air conditioning smelled - maybe needed cleaning? The bathroom moulding fell off as I was brushing my teeth. It was not the Marriot experience I expected.
Great Pandemic Stay

Spent a week here last month for work and couldn't have had a better stay. Great stay from check-in to checkout and a very friendly and engaging staff Special shout out to Wanda of the front desk staff! Her bubbly personality was just what a guest needed after a long day at work. Room was on the backside of the hotel facing the airport. I was concerned at first about airport noise but I didn't hear a peep all week. Room was great complete with a kitchenette for cooking a four course meal if desired. Living area/work space offered enough space to put work papers out if needed. Bedroom was clean each day when I came back from work. Room closet was almost as big as what I have at home. I was able to hang a weeks worth of clothes with room to spare. Bathroom was the gem of my suite. Large sink and vanity and a shower that had been recently updated with good water pressure and hot water that DID NOT run out in the middle of showering. My one suggestion to management: Why not put all guests with pets on one floor?
SStaff was incredibly friendly and accommodating- that’s the good part ...

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating (special shout out to Shree) - that’s what was positive - if you don’t have kids that yell and scream all night, or a pet that stinks up the room, this place is not for you ! Next time, we’d stay across the parking lot at the Marriott.

I can’t say enough nice things about the staff, friendly, welcoming, warm and wonderful. Beds were clean and comfortable. That’s where it ends. They were slated for a makeover but Covid happened - so that never did. I don’t see how it could get any worse, chips, stains, a bag of garbage in the hallway filled with fetid poop diapers, ripped curtains. Nasty, certainly not Marriott quality.

My sister and I had a brief stay here when we interred our mom at the National Cemetery. The staff were helpful, respectful and more than accommodating. The location was easy to find and the lobby and rooms very immaculate, super shower and nice bathroom amenities! Thank you!
