Mihir was most helpful to us during our stay. Anything we needed, any question we had, he had the answer. Excellent service and very personable. Property was well located near shopping and attractions yet out of the way enough to be quiet. We would stay here again.

When we first walked in to the lobby, it looked old. There was a tiny check-in desk. There was an odd smell. Along the walls, it was clear that area had not been updated in a while. Once we got to the room, it was better. The room was a LITTLE more updated. It was clean and adequate. The AC unit made an awful hum and had no means of controlling the temperature or turning on or off that we could see. We unplugged it at night so that we could sleep. Signs were posted listing CoVid protocol in effect since 3/2020...nothing updated. No breakfast of any kind, not even pre-packaged foods. Exterior doors are locked at midnight, although one exterior door never locked. You didn't even need a room key to open it. No elevator, so if you go request a first floor room if you can't do stairs.

Very very clean property. Management was nice- answered my questions. Was able to check in early. And did I mention how clean it was? The exterior is shabby but the room itself was updated and modern and had lots of outlets and lighting and the beds were comfortable.
Mold and unclean

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone due to mold in the ceiling, bees outside the aide entrance, and ring around the tub. The bathroom had a unusual smell to it. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

We weren't allowed to check in until 3:00. Unlike other hotels during our three-week vacation, this one offered NO breakfast, not even a bag breakfast. There was mold and rust in our bathroom. But, worst of all, the "tile" floors were absolutely filthy as was most of the room. We had to wash our feet before getting into bed. We asked the manager to clean the floor, and he sent an elderly man and his wife to our room. The woman sprayed some liquid on the floor and the man pushed a filthy Swiffer mop—the cleaning cloth was gray with dirt—around the floor. After he finished, I dampened a tissue and wiped the floor. It was still filthy. When I complained to the manager and suggested soap and water, he said this was as good as it would get. We supposedly had a deluxe room so I can't imagine how uninhabitable a "regular" room would be. My husband and I will never make the mistake of renting a room at this Day's Inn in the future.
