Relaxing stay
Had a delightful two night stay at Beach Front Guest House. Excellent location, amazing breakfast, most comfortable room with the best views. Duncan and Kris have made the Guest house covid friendly it felt comfy and safe. If coming to Eastbourne we would highly recommend .
Don’t look anywhere else
We stayed here for 4 nights and the place is great.the hosts Duncan and kris were very welcoming and friendly as was all the staff we met including Karen who served us our delicious breakfast each morning.as we booked last minute the only room available was a king at the rear overlooking Eastbourne and the downs it was large and spotless clean we will go back again and would recommend booking the sea view room with balcony on 1st floor it looked fantastic
Highly recommended
Just returned home after staying 4 nights here & I can not recommend it enough. Duncan & Kris we’re both very helpful & friendly from the first conversation regarding the booking & was very accommodating with my health issues. We had the second floor sea view room which was lovely. When we arrived we managed to get checked in earlier than expected & room was spotless & very spacious. We loved siting be the window on the two chairs listening to the sea & watching the world go by. The bed was really big & extremely comfortable. Obviously due to covid they wasn’t able to make the room daily but they was always checking if we needed new towels or more tea, coffee & milk. This room also had a second bedroom with bunk beds in which children could stay We booked breakfast when we made our booking & we were really pleased we did because there was lots of options & tasted delicious, again they was very accommodating with changing things around. We would definitely book again & recommend to family & friends. All covid precaution were in place & we felt completely safe Big thank you to Duncan, Kris & also Karen who served our food daily for a really wonderful stay Hope to see you again
Warm Friendly Welcome!
We stayed in a Family Room on the third floor and woke up to the most amazing views!!...We thought we were in Spain..the Sea was like the Mediterranean...and all from our bedroom window !! We were greeted by such a lovely couple and their gorgeous little boy Finne..They were so helpful and we wished we had taken them up on their offer of one of their famous English Breakfasts now! Unfortunately we didn't have much luck finding the best places to eat.. maybe next time! Eastbourne is a lovely place to visit...and made all the more memorable by our stay with Duncan and his partner at The Beachfront Guest House... Fantastic Hosts!
Awesome Guest house
From beginning to end great place to stay . Owners were 100%, polite , helpful. Breakfast was fantastic nothing to much trouble . Views from room outstanding and the room itself was very clean and everything you need. Bed so comfy and clean . Great litte lounge and seating at front of house to chill . Plenty of restaurants , shops and bars near by .
