Good value, comfort and service

This hotel is great value for money, clean and comfortable. Better than expected for a motorway hotel. The manager, Vas, was especially helpful as we had made a mistake with our booking and he went out of his way to sort it out for us. We're coming back soon as it is the best place to stay near west Bristol where our son lives.

Very good standard and excellent service, carpets a bit tired but only a minor issue on what was a very good stay , my concern was it being on a service station but security and parking was good and I felt secure at all times

This is a hotel by the M5 motorway but I wasn't disappointed. Very pleasant receptionist and gave is a choice of upstairs or down. The room was clean and tidy and more spacious than I thought it would be. There is tea and coffee facilities and a good heater for these cold winter nights

I work away from home so stay in hotels all the time, the staff at the Ramada Bristol west are the most friendliest I’ve ever met in an hotel, from the management to the staff who clean your room absolute class
