Es un hotel recién construido que representa a la marca sin sorpresas y eso es lo mejor. Seguramente será por el tipo de cambio, pero me sorprenden los precios de éste y no sólo de este local: 120$ por noche. Lo mejor, el bar y restaurante. Correcto.

I stayed here for 2 weeks while moving. It was excellent. The staff helped out with everything I needed to make me comfortable. The food at Johnny's Is above Excellent. The Hotel is in a quiet spot if you stay in the right rooms.(just request a quiet room) I can't say enough about this Hotel!

Since my class reunion committee chose this hotel for our event, we rather reluctantly booked a night even though we've had some not great stays at Holiday Inns in the past. We were quite pleasantly surprised in the entire stay. We got an early check in, the room was exceptional, and our event was equally satisfying. Kudos to the catering staff - food was very good (even though we usually dislike buffets), and the bartender very accommodating. The breakfast at Johnnys was equally good. Yes, there were obviously some staffing issues at the desk, but that is understandable given the current employment shortages.

We stayed at the holiday Inn south in eau claire 2 weekends ago and it was terrible! For the amount I paid for just a double queen room, I definitely didn't get the service I should have. The pool was FREEZING Cold, every time I went to the desk to inform someone they had a sign up saying something along the lines of "we have stepped away from the desk, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience" I understand being busy but I went down 4 times in 1 day! Also, I called and booked the room and the gal I spoke with stated for $20 more you would receive 2 free meals at Johnny's steakhouse (which was absolutely wrong, it was a gift card for the steakhouse) we ended up canceling the stay and dine option and had Johnny's 1 night and that food was PHENOMINAL!! The view from my room was sickening.. we were in room 216 and had a wonderful view of the roof off of an addition.. And finally the manager Karen Bohn messaged me about my stay and asked if there was anything she could do, to email her.. I emailed her almost a week ago and no response.. im very disappointed with how this hotel was ran and not getting a response from management.. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone especially st the price.. One good thing was the beds, they were extremely comfortable

Very nice room very clean and roomy with comfortable bed. The only thing that it needs is in the handicap rooms the toilet needs to be a handicap toilet which means 16 to 17 in. tall. Management it is hard for mobility challenged people to use a short toilet. My husband broke his hip just getting off one that low ones and the ER Dr. said it was very common to have that happen so please change those toilets.
