2 Star hotel with a 2 bit Manager

Because of the world we live in today, I had to cancel my reservation for medical reasons (yep, COVID). When I contacted the hotel and spoke to the manager (Jason) requesting a refund due to the situation, he flat out said NO! When I tried to reason and be rationale with him, he got very aggressive and demonstrative...basically telling me he didn't give a %$#@. What an A Hole.

Watch your room charges !! 1.58 to " rent " the safe.. If your going to rent me a safe in my room, I think you should tell me in advance.. what's next? Resort fees? Phone rental [ that you don't use ] So.... the only weapon against these fees are low ratings.. And repeate lost business... wont be staying here again.. diamond member says bye bye

Quiet clean comfort

Friendly , prompt attention from the host. CLEAN, comfortable beds with extra pillows. We purposely passed several other hotels in favor of a quiet place to stay. This hotel did not disappoint. Quiet rooms, cool A/C and comfortable beds. So appreciated!

This is a huge improvement over the place I stayed last night in Ohio. It’s reasonable priced, clean and pet friendly. There are grassy areas where you can walk your dog. The receptionist was polite and friendly. No complaints.

Worst Hotel-Experience of My Life

Many shoddy, old materials which need to be updated. Rusty metal piece fell out of tap in bathtub, water in sink smelled of sewage. Bathroom door lock was broken. Locked on its own. I spent almost 1 hour locked inside the bathroom, screaming for help, pounding the walls and bathtub, first with my hands, then with the lid of the toilet-tank, which eventually broke. I tried to dismantle the door and the lock. The door handle broke off, so I used it to make noise. Eventually someone from the cleaning crew saved me. They had been cleaning the rooms in my hallway (it was morning), so I'm not sure why they did not respond earlier. Management responded by accusing me of vandalism. Quality Inn says they will charge me for the damage inside the bathroom. I have stayed in many, many hotels, never been treated so poorly. My advice: Don't go there!
