Brilliant place in fantastic location
The hotel was nice and clean, had everything you could ask for, fantastic location and parking made it very convenient. Our hosts were lovely too and went the extra mile to ensure we had a good time..
A pleasant stay
The location is easy to find - only around a 10min walk from the train station and within walking distance of the popular attractions. The room is nice, warm, and clean. The continental breakfast was beyond expectations! Freddie and Fiona are friendly hosts who really adhered to COVID guidance, and that really made me feel safe when staying there!
Exactly what we needed.
No frills, clean, great value, comfortable bed, and a very big breakfast (given the limitations of COVID). Really wonderful hosts who were accommodating when we arrived late. Nothing more to say, really.
Lovely little b&b
My wife and I stayed here recently for a couple of days in Edinburgh, ideally located within walking distance of all the main sites! Very useful for parking & a good all round family b&b. Would definitely stay here again if in Edinburgh!
Great location family run hotel
We stayed here for two nights and were given a warm welcome by fiona all while being covid safe. She recommended a few places to eat too which was nice The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. Covid precautions had been taken and it was great that a cool box was given for continental breakfast for the next morning- thought this was a great idea to ensure everyone remained safe. The hotel has good parking and was in a great location. We ended up getting an uber into the town centre as we were tired from a long day travelling and this cost about £6 so really good! Would recommend staying here in this friendly family run hotel😊
