Excellent downtown location

All staff we encountered were very pleasant. Smooth check-in and checkout. Nice clean hotel with modern updates and room amenities. Reasonably priced secure parking. Close to everything downtown. :) ******************************

Researched and decided to stay at the Coast for an Oilers-Leafs game. First time. Only a few minute walk to Rogers. Under hotel parking was included which was a bonus. Close to quality restaurants (gotta try the Cafe Amore Bistro for best ever pasta). Quiet & clean rooms with friendly staff. Our room was on the 18th floor and appeared to be recently updated. Comfortable bed, great shower.

Average for the price, heating system old hard to adjust to keep room at one temperature either to hot or cold. Staff very friendly though helped my stay. Close to oilers rink where we were going to a game. Price should be $100-$125 a night was $182 all in, had to pay 20 extra for parking. To fix this at that price at least have a continental breakfast included!

I travel to Edmonton a TON for business - This place checks off all the boxes. Staff is pleasant and rooms are spotless overlooking the city. Never have had any problems checking in - and Staff are fast and efficient! - I've tried other hotels downtown. None of them are quite like the Coast

Very nice stay overall very good. Clean, good location, went for the Canada Soccer game. Restaurant and amenities were closed due to covid19 in the hotel but was ok. Rooms were very clean had a bidet toilet, very nice modern bathrooms. Fan was a little noisy.Overall very good.
