Es un excelente hotel con instalaciones bastante cómodas, la vista al río es muy agradable, todo el personal tiene una gran actitud, pero lo que me dejó maravillado fue el personal del restaurante, siempre con una gran sonrisa y muy atentos, solo recuerdo el nombre de Josué, pero todos los meseros te tratan súper bien, me encantó que tratarán de comunicarse en español. Un gran servicio.

Excelente hotel con todo lo que pueda necesitar un viajero. Lo mas importante: su gente desde la recepcion, el restaurante, todos con un trato muy agradable. Instalaciones por demás excelentes. Muy buena ubicacion si vas al Edmonton West Mall

Hotel bien ubicado si cuentas con auto, cerca de todo. Habitacion amplia con comoda y gran cama, nos dieron una con sala de estar, muy buena. Exelente y completisimo desayuno buffet. En la noche cenamos ahi y la comida muy buena. Lo recomiendo!

Did not meet our expectations for Group stay

Unfortunately our stay did not meet our expectations. We travelled to Edmonton for a hockey tournament (17 players/families, three coaches and a trainer) so we were a large group. The hot tub was closed our whole stay. Looked like major construction with tilework removed. The pool was closed for about 1/2 our stay as well. However, the biggest thing was the unaccommodating nature of management to a large group. I get it "boys hockey team" has negative connotations but they're U15AAA and looking at getting drafted ... they know how and how not to behave. The Head Coach is very strict on behavior so there would be zero problems. After a later game the team order a bunch of pizzas and came back to the hotel to eat. We planned to sit in the lobby, which is quite large and seating for many. We were told we were not allowed to eat in the lobby as the hotel has a restaurant ... which being 11pm was closed ... So our coach asked for a meeting room and we were told it would be $300 for the hour to eat. 20 rooms for four nights at ~$200/room is about $16K we dropped and we can't get a conference room for an hour ? C'mon. Overall, not impressed by the management. We've contacted the tournament organizers who made the deal with the hotel and heard our concerns and will not use this hotel as a partner again. Would not recommend for large groups or sports teams.

Second time staying here. The entire hotel is clean and the rooms are very quiet. Sherin in the restaurant is a wonderful individual; so professional and friendly. The service & food were fantastic! Thank you, I’ll be back soon!
